Chapter Eight

Quillon

I endured the mate bond's pull for a week. A week! Her presence stole my attention; her scent lingers even if I kept my distance. And her voice... Damn, I'm so fucking doomed.

It was tolerable for the first few days, but our bond kept torturing me, clawing out of my control.

My wolf started to get restless. The effect of resisting the mate bond makes my wolf weak.
