CHAPTER SIXTY: BREAK UP

The city is starting to calm, and I am sitting here in my office, my mind going over all the men who have seemed to attach themselves to me. It was a close call for me today. I’ve tried to keep my nose clean and stay out of trouble, but I obviously wasn’t trying hard enough.
