Chapter 63 Curbing

Mia's pov

I walked through the midst of students with Delilah till we had reached outside. Delilah was about showing me something then when someone grabbed me from her and next I found myself in the laboratory.

"What the...Luca?"

"What's going on between you and Ashton?" He said in a huff breath with his grip on my wrist very tight. I didn't whimper but let his nails dig into my wrist for a reason I myself didn't know.

"Who are you to ask me that?"

"You can never fool me, Mia. You are the same Mia and whether you like it or not I won't be deceived the second time" the way he had said it reminded me that he still thinks of me as a deceiver.

"You've proven me right once again. You are not only sly but also shameless. How many guys do you want to trap into your walls of deceit. If you think your little stunt over there would aggravate me, trust me it won't because there can't be any way I would actually harbour feelings for you. You don't deserve to be loved"
