PIPER

Kaiuse left, but not without tucking me in bed and stealing another kiss. He was so gentle and caring, treating me like I was an egg or something.

It honestly felt good, I couldn't remember the last time a man treated me properly. Flynn was always busy and distant, thinking back at it, I realize he only showed up and acted caring each time he wanted some sexual relief.

I also had not set my eyes on him since the night I met him. He's still my mate here, which is unfortunate, and now that I know who he truly is, I have to be smart if I ever cross paths with him.
