CHAPTER FIFTEEN

I stood still, waiting for a response from him, but he did not say a word to me.

I stared into his eyes, and I knew that he would not let Nora go that easily.

"You left her in her bridal dress.. so I wanted to help her take it off." Gavner said nonchalantly to piss me off; his whole face lit up, smiling at me.

I gave him a dirty look, grimacing, and clenched my fist by my side so I wouldn't have to throw a few punches in his face. "Why would you want to do that?" I asked as a vein popped out in my neck.

My brother was really pissing me off, and I hated it; he clearly rejected her.

My instincts kept on telling me that Gavner would never leave Nora, but now why would he want to mark her?

All the while, he was trying to play dirty with her, and I stood right outside the door watching him.

I knew he was aware that I was there, but he kept on playing that dirty game of his.

Was he warning me?

He wanted to let me know that he could take her away from me.
