Chapter 9ERIC’S POV.“Where did the lady see Sandra?” I asked angrily.“Sir, I showed her the pictures of Luna and she said that she last saw her walking down the road in the early morning.” The guard replied to me frighteningly.“What? My wife walking down the road without the escort of anyone or guards?”“Yes sir”“Is that all she said? Chapter 10SANDRA’S POV. “Eric sent you a message?” I asked Claire, with a huge surprise on my face.It was obvious that Eric was not taking my absence likely and I was so happy about that. I knew it was going to sit well with my mother in law. She will probably be heart broken upon hearing the news but I had no other option.“No Sandra, he sent the message to one of my friends who happens to be Eric’s friend as well.” Claire replied to me.“Pls can I read it or better still you read it out” I demanded from her.“Oh no it's better you read it for yourself. I haven't read it yet. Chapter 11CLAIRE’S POV.“Good evening Sandra” I greeted her as I walked in from work.“Welcome back home Claire.” Sandra replied to me and came to meet me at the entrance so she could help me carry the bags I was carrying.I was so exhausted from today’s work. I gave her the groceries I got and rushed upstairs to take a shower.“Pls prepare boiled rice. I will come join you after taking my shower. Chapter 12ERIC’S POV It was very late at night and everybody had relocated to there room and would probably besleeping by now but I couldn’t sleep. I tried sleeping but I just couldn’t.“It’s been weeks already and we haven’t still found Sandra. I have done everything in my power,called and message different people who have the power and are in high authority but all to noavail.” I thought out loud as I walked from one end of my room to the other.The feeling was just bad because I haven’t felt that way in my entire existence on earth. Chapter 14MRS AXEL’S POV.“This is like the third time in two days that Eric is sending me flowers.” I said to the maid who was showing me the flowers that it was just delivered to me by my son Eric.They were my favorite kind of flowers and I was so sure that Eric knew that was why he sent it over to me but as much as I was pleased with the flowers he sent I still couldn’t forgive him so easily.“Mrs Axel, where should I drop this? Chapter 15CLAIRE’S POVI got back from work exhausted like always. Before leaving the house in the morning Sandra had told me that we were running short of groceries and I don’t like lack grocery. Chapter 16ERIC’S POV.Months had passed and still nothing on the whereabouts of Sandra. Could she be… no I really don’t want to go there because I am sure she is somewhere either enjoying her love or suffering waiting for us to come and rescue her. “Hmm” I sighed.I had just returned from an impromptu meeting with one of the investors on Sandra’s case. We talked for hours, when he was trying to ask me if she had very close friends, where he or she might be living and a lot more questions so I wasn’t even able to answer them because I wasn’t close to her or knew much from her. While she was still here in the park house I never cared about her or felt the need to do so instead I neglected her and rejected her. I forced her to also do the same.I never cherished the moment we both shared together until now that she is gone.
