“Are you serious?” I said it with a happy smile when I realised where Davian had brought us for our date.

"Yes,” he said with a smirk before climbing down the car and walking around to open the car door for me. He held his hands out, which I took, and helped me climb down from the car, even though I was fine doing it on my own.

“Where it all began” He pulled me to his chest and placed a small kiss on my lips, careful not to smudge my lipstick.

“Technically, it began in your office, but I guess this works too,” I teased, glancing behind him at the restaurant he brought me to the night he accepted my marriage proposal.

He shook his head. “My office doesn’t count. I accepted your deal here, so this was our official beginning." He insisted, linked my fingers around his arms, and began to lead me to the entrance of the restaurant.

I chuckled amusedly and leaned against his embrace. “This place it is then. We will go with whatever you want.”
