“Feed and sleep, I will see you in the morning with the robes. You are not to get out of this garden until you give birth. As soon as you step a foot out, the baby will be in great danger. There is so much evil in the universe and that baby just became a target.” The queen said having me pale as I watched her turn around and slowly walk away. My body shuddered with her words playing in my head. Why would my baby be a target? We watched the queen retreat until she walked out never to be seen. I sighed, my head pounding with my baby restless. I dipped my head into Vampir’s chest with my eyes ready to close yet it carried so much new information which was hard to process.
“You need to feed before sleeping,” The king’s voice came having me sigh. I was so tired, and talking was becoming a problem.

It was a few minutes later when I walked out. My hair cascaded down my back with water falling from it. I stood there, shifting my weight from side to side wishing I could disappear and never exist. I knew we were all supposed to be free with our bodies but it was just so uncomfortable and humiliating. I waited and after a long while she stood up and turned to stare at me.The queen’s face lingered, taking me up and down having me sigh and clench my fists wishing I could just smash her. She stared at me or I guess she was because I could not really see her face with her shine too bright.

The animal was decomposing, flesh peeling from the bone with a smell that had me coughing hard. The grass surrounding it was dying, having me scramble away so far until I hit a rock. I did not know what to do, my body shaking so bad with shock having hit hard. Tears fell through, not knowing what had happened. Time passed with no one coming. No one came even after the longest time having me to begin screaming. I could not move. My limbs were paralyzed, scared the storm would come back and finish me off. My mind kept screaming for me to get up and run for the cave yet I could not move. It seemed as if I had been bolted on the ground. I sat there, my eyes not moving from the animal with the fear of it coming back to life and eating me. The sun went by, my heart beating so fast even after such a long time. My stomach was emptied over and over again, the smell getting more pronounced with more grass and trees dying as if the animal carried poison that was spreading through the garden.

I sat in the dry ground, my legs crossed with a white robe covering my body as my head hung so low. The witches were in a circle around me, they were chanting with the voices so low and so gently like a siren’s song. I had screamed and screamed with the king running so fast, capturing my convulsing body in his arms. He had shouted, screamed on what I had been doing out there but the pain had been too much for me to even say anything.So many spells had been done with none working, blood just flowing through my legs with the life sucked from my baby.
