Rhoda says as they eat their breakfasts this early foggy, cool morning in Rural North San Diego. "We only need to be good stewards, even though we are affected by their situations, honey," Rhoda suggests as they become increasingly concerned about the homeless problem. "I have been informed by some school teachers and principals to report all the chaos in our areas to authority," Rudolf says. "But sometimes, not it's beneficial for the homeless, especially those younger people like girls, because they have the possibility of being raped by the other h
