The Wedding

FIVE YEARS LATER★★

A BURIAL SITE IN CHICAGO

Arianna stared at the graveyard with no expression. She wasn't crying nor laughing.

She added the flowers in her hands alongside with the ones round the grave.

Granny walked in too and dropped the bouquet of flowers with her on the grave.

"I wish you safe journey to the afterlife" she said sadly. Arianna turned sideway and sighed.

"I never thought you'll come" she muttered.

"I can't keep lying to myself. For good five years, i have avoided this place and today, I've come to realize how much I missed him" Granny replied.

"Surprisingly, i missed him too.

"It's so painful that we didn't spend much time together, but I'll always cherish the time we spent together " she said and started sniffing.

She removed her shades and wiped her face with the handkerchief before putting them on again..

She hiccups and hiccups again.

Granny moved to her and hugged her slightly

"It's ok" she patted her gently.
