The pit of Hades.

Plop! Plop!!!

The first thing that Oliver noticed before he even opened his eyes, was the sound of water dripping from somewhere around his vicinity.

He grumbled, feeling disturbed.

“Mom, please stop that,” he muttered under his breath, hoping the dripping of water would stop disrupting his sleep flow.

But all he heard was a whisper in his ear, “I am not your mother.”

His brows furrowed and his face scrunched up as his brain slowly processed what he had heard.

Not his mother..?

All at once, his eyes flew open in alarm and he glanced up in front of him.

It was then that he realized that he was on his back, and as his vision focused on the ceiling, he also had the stark realisation that he was not at home, or in his bedroom.

He was not even anywhere familiar, like his girlfriend’s room (or was it ex, now that he knew she was cheating on him with Taylor), or any of the places he had been to before in his life.

No, he was in a cave.
