Aria
“You don’t know that. DJ said that the first time he saw you last week that you lost your temper, and you wouldn’t let him near you.” Patricia said.
“The key part of that was that I wouldn’t let him near me. I knew that I would hurt him, so I made him stay away. But I couldn’t have hurt DJ, Dean or Petra because my powers just awaken a couple of weeks ago.” I explained.
“She’s right Patricia. Her powers weren’t strong enough at sixteen. And her siblings are a lot tougher than you think.” Gaia said.
“How would you know Gaia?” Patricia sneered.
“Do you not realize that Gaia is a goddess? She’s Mother Nature, a Primordial Deity, my powers come from both sides of my family, not just Dimitri.” I said shaking my head at Patricia.
“I’m not scared of a washed-up goddess.” Patricia said.
“And yet I can feel the fear rolling off of you in waves.” I said with a deadly look.
“Aria, this is the first tim
Chaos As soon as Aria and her siblings were in their formation and Aria was in her goddess form the vision came. I saw why the children were needed. Aria’s powers were being called to by the others. Their powers combined with hers and while they were in that formation, they could share their strength and stamina. The girls were stronger than the boys, but they needed the family connection. Their blood was the key to everything. Eros mate Grace had been a human from the current God’s sect and her bloodline was strong. Strong enough to hold on through all of the god and goddess blood that had been mixed in. “Emerial. Go stand with your mate in your true form. Stand behind Aria with your hands on her marks.” I told him. I couldn’t see the whole thing. He was the missing piece. “Like this?” Emerial asked. “Yes. Mmm, no. Stand next to Aria, just behind her Left side.
Aria “Did you know I had them before today?” I asked Patricia. “No, I only knew that you were stronger than the kids. I didn’t even know that Gaia was Mother Nature. I felt her power, but I didn’t know what to make of it. Your father explained everything to me when you were sixteen and moved in with your mom.” Patricia said. “Would things have been different if we had both known everything about our powers?” I asked, not really expecting an answer. “No. I actually asked a seer in my Coven about that, and she said that how things happened were how they were meant to be.” Patricia said. “Oh, wow. I wasn’t sure Seer’s were real. I’ve been to a few Psychics with friends. They were never real.” I said sighing. “Seer’s in a Coven are very real. Their powers are few and far between. They are as protected as the Coven Mother.” Said a very haughty voice behind me. “Evelyn, this is Aria. Aria, my Coven Mother Evel
Aria “As excited as I am to find out what animals I can change into, we need to get you three tested.” I said. “Are you limited to only known animals?” Herb asked. “She is only limited to the animals I have created. But she may be able to create her own as well. I’m not sure yet.” Gaia said. “We are getting off topic again. Ha ha, can we test the boys first? It should be easier with them. Their elemental power is limited to one as far as I can tell.” I said. “You sense how my elements each of your siblings has within them?” Tulip asked. “Not just them. I can sense it in everyone around. Everyone here has at least one element within them. Even the wolves have one, it’s Spirit by the way.” I explained. “Wolves?” Rose asked. “I’m Alpha Craig of the RedOak Pack. This is my Luna Paisley and one of our younger pack members Aaron. It’s nice to meet the Elders of the Redwood Coven. Normally we don’t meet
Hades “It will get easier for her. Don’t worry, as her powers get stronger leading will just be something that she does. We may have to tell the other Gods and Goddesses not to bow to her though.” I said. “After the fight with Zeus. It isn’t safe until then.” Gaia said. “Hades, Persephone, these are the Elders of the Redwood Coven. This is Ginger, Rose, Tulip, Herb, and Rowan. Elders, this is my Nephew and his Wife, Hades and Persephone.” Aria introduced us. “It’s very nice to meet you both.” Ginger said. “To what do we owe this visit?” Herb asked. “I’m here so that Aria doesn’t kill DJ and Persephone came because she is the Goddess of Spring. She has elemental powers and wanted to help and see how your powers differ from a goddesses elemental powers.” I explained. “Do you always speak for your wife?” Tulip asked. “No, he does not. I was distracted by Petra. I haven’t seen her in quite some time.
DJ “Do you understand now? Do you think you can find that feeling?” She asked me. “Yes, I understand, and I think I can. Thanks for showing me that sis.” I said to her and gave her a hug before she went back to Emerial’s side. It was easy to find those feelings after Aria showed me. When I felt the same connection I had with Fire, I knew I had Spirit too. But who should I mess with? And what should I make them feel? I kept playing with Spirit while I was looking for the right person. I would make it get really small and then grow. It was like flexing a muscle. While I was looking at everyone, I noticed my mom looking at me and she put her eyebrow up. “What?” I asked her. “Pick a person already. Make them sad and then make them happy. Then let go of it.” Mom instructed. “He has a Spirit Affinity then?” Rose asked my mom. “Yes, he’s been si
Petra So, I focused on Tulip, and she frowned but I saw no tears. I wasn’t sure what to do. I thought about the time my puppy got really hurt by another dog and how the vet wasn’t sure if she would make it. I sent that feeling to Tulip. Tears started to pour down her face and I instantly felt really bad. So, I thought of when she was home and all healed and playing for the first time. Tulip got the biggest smile I had ever seen on anyone, and I dropped the connection. “That was intense. I wasn’t sure you would be able to make me sad, but you did it. I am so sorry that you and your puppy had to go through that. Can I hug you?” Tulip said and asked. “Thank you and yes you can hug me.” I said. Her hug was warm and safe like my mom’s hugs. Fire was easy, I just thought of striking a match and the twi
Aria “Will we be able to do spells?” I asked. “As a Goddess you have already done spells Aria.” Gaia said. “I know. But I think that Witch spells might be different. Am I close Ginger?” I asked. “Yes. Our spells draw on our Elemental Power rather than our magic. When you use your Goddess power it doesn’t usually touch your elemental power. Though we might be able to teach you how to use the two together in a spell.” Ginger said. “Aria, I was thinking for your tests that you should do them in your human form and then in your Goddess form.” Rose said. “Won’t we get the same results?” I asked. “Not necessarily. Your goddess powers combined with your elemental powers could produce a stronger reaction.” Rose said. “Let’s go eat. The kids can rest and eat when they wake up.” Gaia said. Everyone grabbed something and went into th
Emerial “Before I could change her clothes, she reverted back to her Goddess Form. Is that normal?” I asked them. “It’s her true form. The human form she is used to is the mask. Did the room feel any different when she changed?” Chaos said and asked. “Yea, actually it almost felt like we were in the middle of a forest.” I said. “Did you open the windows?” Eros asked. “We sleep with the windows open. Aria didn’t shut them this morning.” I answered him. “She’s reenergizing. Her essence is pulling in what it needs from the surrounding elements. When the smell in the room goes back to normal, she will wake up. It happened to Rhea a few times when she was younger.” Gaia said. “Her powers could be growing too.” Eros said. “What do you mean? This hasn’t happened before, and her powers grow every day.” Emerial said. “That is true but not even we can change forms as quickly as she did today. All A
