Raised By Gods Chapter 57
Aria“Great. Typhon, is this the crap Zeus would have around him when you fought?” I yelled.“I’ve never met Zeus. You are referring to the Greek God, correct, my Queen?” Kane asked.“Yes, Kane, that Zeus. And stop, you can’t affect me. You can explain to me why you tried to lure a four year old little witch to you though.” I said, crossing my arms and tapping my foot.“I’ll need you to be more specific about which four year old little girl you are referring to.” Kane said nervously.“That one.” I said pointing at Tulip.“My Queen, that is not a four year old girl.” Kane said, confused.“I was when you had your Fae minion try to lure me to you.” Tulip said, scowling.“And how long ago was that, exactly?” Kane asked, taking the time to really look at Tulip.“One hundred ten years ago.” Tulip said, crossing her arms.“Hmmm, what powers do you have?” Kane asked, thinking.“I can speak to animals and find things.” Tulip said.“The Apothecary's daughter? I needed you to find something for

Ginger“What do you mean?” I asked.“May I open the mind link with the five of you so that I can show you?” Aria asked.“Yes.” We chorused and took each other’s hands. An image of Elijah, Gaia, and Dimitri sitting on the bench appeared. But it wasn’t clear. There was an inky mass surrounding each of them but it would morph and combine with whoever was close. We had seen this only once before.“Oh no.” Tulip gasped.“Oh no what? What do you think it is?” Aria asked Tulip.“We’ve seen something similar to this. It was when we were younger. Herb, do you remember?” Rowan said and asked.“You mean when Tulip got lost in the woods and Ricky found her?” Herb scoffed. “How could I forget? Mom and Dad nearly packed us all up and moved because of that Fae.”“Fae?” Aria asked.“Faeries are Fae; it’s more an all-encompassing term for a bunch of species. Faeries, Gnomes, Trolls, Elves, the list goes on.” Rose explained.“So, who is Ricky and is he the Fae that was the problem?” Petra aske

Aria“Emerial?” I said staring out the windows at all of the Angels. “Why are they here?”“They are here to protect me.” Elijah said.“Well they have nothing to protect you from. So tell them to go.” I said turning to Elijah and crossing my arms.“I doubt they will listen.” Gaia said.“And why is that mom?” I asked her.“Because, you are a threat.” Elijah said.“Excuse me? How am I a threat? You two were the ones acting like idiots.” I said, gesturing towards Elijah and Dimitri.“You need to calm down Aria.” Dimitri said and Elijah nodded. That was the wrong thing to say to me. They were the ones that had the problem. So, I acted on instinct. The doors in front of me flung open and I walked out towards the angels. They all took a defensive stance but also backed up a few steps away from me. I waited a minute for the others to follow.“Elijah, Dimitri, stand in front of me please.” I said while watching the angels.“Aria, really? What are you hoping….” Elijah started but I

Aria “Elijah.” Gaia said getting up and walking over to hug him. “Gaia, it’s been too long.” Elijah said hugging her back. “Uncle EJ.” I said crossing my arms. “Shari.” Elijah said in a hushed tone. The moment my name left his lips, I closed my eyes and felt all of my power release. Shivers ran up and down my spine and my skin rippled. Everyone gasped, as I cracked my neck and stretched my arms and legs and stood to my full height. I could feel the change in my clothing and a new weight on my head. “Uncle EJ, what did you just do?” I asked him as I opened my eyes. “I called to the last of your powers. It was time.” Elijah explained. “Of course you would be the last piece of the puzzle.” Dimitri snarked at that. “Dad, be nice. You have Patricia.” I scolded him. “Yes Dimitri, I really thought you were over that possessiveness as soon as we divorced.” Gaia sassed. “Mom, that’s not helping. Seriously you two, sometimes I wonder how old you are.” I said rolling my eye
