CHAPTER 13: TAKE THE BAIT

"What are you doing here?" asked Belle.

"Because I need to study."

"Huh?"

"What? I can't study?”

Belle looked at him and said, “Of course you can.”

Bruce scoffed and put his bag on the desk.

Bella frowned. Since it's only studying it should be fine. She nodded at him.

Bruce took the seat next to her. He looked at what she was studying. He saw that she was looking in some pages of finances. She had some red markings on her book. He wonders if she have questions about it or is she marking it as something meaningful. He clears his throat.

"What?" asked Belle.

"Nothing."

He then saw her flipped more pages and there were sticky notes on the sides. On it was written, "Clarification."

"It means that the stock market isn't doing well as a whole," said Bruce.

"What?"

Bruce leaned into her and pointed to her sticky notes. "Here. It means that you shouldn't believe a stock when it could just be pushed up by hype news, or media."

"Oh," said Bella. She took off the sticky note from her book.
