Chapter 3

Katrina instantaneously ducked behind the tree so she won't be either seen or caught, she was still panicking and astonished by what she just saw!

Her lover is deeply kissing her stepsister!

Lucien and Sienna have a 'thing' together!

An intense migraine attacked Katrina's brain, and she quickly clutched her head at the rebellious pains which inflicted havoc as she was severely recalling her nightmares again...

"Baby, I can't wait for you to finally make me yours forever," Sienna let out in a flirting tone, she was roaming her hands on Lucien's stony chest in a seductive manner.

Right now, anyone who happens to see them this way could notice they were deeply in love with each other and the air hovering around them is filled with devotion and warmth.

"I know you can no longer wait but you have to, my love. I assure you that very soon all this will be over!" Lucien whispers to her face, leaning closer to her face and he kisses her lips lingeringly.

"Are you sure about that?" Sienna faked a pout. " I mean are you sure you are not gonna leave me when my silly sister makes you the Alpha!" She cursed.

"No, I'm not gonna leave you at all. You are always mine. And by the time I'm done with Katrina by being the Alpha of this great pack, I will destroy her  and make you my luna instead!" Lucien said to her with a tone of authority.

Katrina felt her heart break into pieces at what she heard and her body shook with emotion; Lucien rawly meant every word of his that he had ascertained to her stepsister!

"Kiss me one more time," Sienna demands sexily as she snuggled closer to him "Kiss me like you never did before," she giggled and Lucien smashed his lips vigorously on hers.

Sienna sigh's in relaxation as their tongues danced together, their breath becoming erratic and uneven —filled with lust and desire.

Meanwhile, Katrina was still watching the love birds in the woods while she was undergoing harsh pain in her head...

A violent pain struck her head once that she nearly screamed as she shut her eyes, memories of the nightmare began to come back to her head —bloody appearances of how she was deceived, betrayed, and how she was mercilessly murdered by the people she deeply cared for became fresh in her brain!

What a wicked world!

It took an eternity before Katrina could recuperate herself, she was gasping and panting. She had traveled to hell and come back —it eventually dawned on her that she was... Reborn!

There's no doubt about that! She was indeed rebirthed.

A deadly glare crept onto Katrina's countenance as she snap her head again at her backstabbers, her hands making a few cracking sounds she watched Lucien and Sienna clinging onto each other,  kissing and murmuring sweet words to each other without having the inkling that someone was staring at them in the woods!

"Bastards!" Katrina growls under her breath, her hands now tightly clenched as she felt the impulse to flounce towards them like the storm and kill them both immediately!

They betrayed her!

They crossed her!

They make a mockery of her!

However, Katrina restricted herself as silver eyes rocked dark with anger and resentment!

In deep annoyance Katrina veered around and ran back home, she wouldn't want her stepmother to notice her absence in the house.

But while on her way home, Katrina's mind was filled with thoughts about what happened earlier between her lover and her stepsister. She was also feeling disturbed about the nightmares and their meaning.

Could she be indeed reborn? She ponders difficulty.

The only thing she could comprehend right is about that voice that has been telling her about her being given a second chance at life...

*Don't misuse this second chance..." The voice had also said to her.

Katrina tightly closed her silver eyes as she recalled the bloodthirsty nightmares, Lucian secretly ditching her for her stepsister, and all this way apparent that she was reborn to deal with them!

"I can't wait to kill them both, I will make them pay for betraying me!" Katrina gnarled as she ruffled her hair in frustration.

"But why wasn't my wolf reborn with me?" Katrina thought as she inwardly realized that she wasn't reborn with her wolf!

And this made her extremely upset deep inside of her;  she was unjustly dealt with by everyone and now her wolf's gone forever!

Katrina was lost in deep thought right now while she walks home, the mate-matching ceremony had crept up in her head and she could vividly recollect in her nightmare that she had announced that she must marry Lucien as her mate and further sealed the mate bond with him!

Darkmoon pack is one of the highest and most reputable, strongest and toughest packs; the Alpha rulers ain't choosing by bloodline or whatsoever.

One can only be an Alpha king when he or she has the highest and outstanding votes from the pack members!

However, Katrina's father can not be made the next alpha since he was hated and despised by the pack members of her mother's pack. So Katrina being the only biological child of her deceased mother has the sole right to partake in the Alpha election ceremony.

Katrina also recalled that she stopped attending the Alpha election ceremony in her mother's pack, and she went to the extreme of advising the pack members to vote for Lucien!

Her stepmother and stepsister didn't stop her, they freely allowed her to do as she wished simply because they knew that the consequence and effect would magnificently profit them all!

Lucien wants her to make him the next Alpha, then dump her later on and make his stepsister his mate and luna of the Darkmoon pack!

They took advantage of her!

They meddle with her in the nastiest way!

Katrina bites her bottom lips until she tasted the metallic blood in her mouth, fidgeting her fingers as a storm of adrenaline heats through her skin, burning her violently.

Her silver eyeballs turn dark as they search vehemently on the ground as if exploring for a lost gem —revenge.

"I can't let them win this time!" Katrina mutters as she is now placing both hands on her core. "I have to do something!" Her silver eyes grew dark.

Yes! I just know exactly what to do to bring them down to their knees!

I will give them a counterattack they'd never expect from me!

They may think I'm weak and useless, but I will make them feel the wrath of the anger they inflicted on me!
