Follow Cheryl

Marco stopped seeing the familiar Benz drive into the compound.

Cheryl alighted from it with an envelope. She held it and walked towards the house's entrance, but discovered Marco was blocking the way.

"Excuse me." She said, raising an annoyed brow.

"Watch your back, Cheryl." Marco admonished as he stepped aside.

Cheryl stared at him for a few seconds before walking inside the house. With her back turned to him, she let out a small smile.

She quickly realized the room's temperature was lower than usual, but still proceeded regardless.

The first person she caught sight of was Valerie who was hurrying off to somewhere. The latter, however, slowed down when she saw Cheryl.

"Andrea is in a very foul mood and I don't think she'll want to see you." Valerie said from where she stood.

Cheryl raised the envelope in her hand with a raised brow, "It's okay. Her anger doesn't last that long and she'd be in a good mood to go through this later."

Valerie grew inquisitive.

"What is that?"
