The Meeting Hall, or in a way, the Lykan Emperor's royal court was a silver-green pavilion built outside the Crescent Palace under an enormous ancient tree. Brightly colored mushrooms entwined with green-blue vines acted as seats and fanned out around a silver-blue throne in the center of the pavilion.

The gentle melody of flowing water reverberated in the background, occasionally interrupted by the soothing note of songbirds. At this moment, the elders of the Elders Council stood on the right side of the throne, while a group of distinguished individuals with intimidating auras stood on the right.

A considerable distance away from these two groups were two more groups representing the different races. On the right stood a pixie with pink hair and shimmery dress, a brown-skinned dwarf clothed in animal skin, a skinny shapeshifter, and one omega and delta.
