Chapter 7
AURORA
I continued to play along with his Deceit. "Can you hear it beating?" He inquired again, snapping me off my thoughts.
But the only thing that I could hear was my burning hate for him. I stared at him, trying as hard as I could not to reveal the hate that was flaming up inside of me so that he could keep fooling himself, thinking that he was deceiving me while in the real Sense, he was deceiving.
"Aurora.." He shot at me and this time, I could feel the rising impatience in his voice.
"Fredrick, just stop all this right now, I have already told you my stance on this and it is not really about me." I returned to him.
I watched his expression closely and I noticed that he drew a really deep breath, deeper than I had ever seen him draw all his life.
"Okay Aurora, but I think you should just give yourself time to think over it." He shot at me with so much love and affection and if not for the fact that I already knew that he was trying to me, I would have fallen for him again.
Sometimes, I still found it difficult to believe that he could do Such a thing to me.
I nodded my head and he drew closer to me and held me tightly by my hands while he shot a piercing stare into my eyes.
"Why don't we go inside? I can bet that it has been a long day for you." He returned to me and I nodded my head without spilling out a single Word from my mouth.
I followed him closely from behind while he led the way. We walked into the room and I fell on the bed already exhausted.
While I continued to stare into the space before me so emotionlessly, we Walked over to me and held my hands gently.
I noticed that he was drawing over to me and he attempted to kiss me on the lips but I pulled away from Him almost immediately making him miss
"Stop this right away Fredrick, I need rest after all the day's activities." I returned to him and he flamed up with so much anger.
"I knew it right from the very beginning." He returned to me and my lips fell apart in shock because I was really confused about what he was talking about right now.
"Knew what right from the very beginning?" I Inquired shooting a stale look at him.
"You are beginning to see someone else apart from me right?" He inquired, still staring at me.
At the sound of the word, I had to gasp because it sounded way too funny to me.
I knew the exact reason that he was saying this, it was certainly because he saw me with Alpha Damon earlier.
But even with the fact that we were mates, we could never come together. He was not my perfect definition of a lover, especially with his possessive nature and I was certainly not the one to give in to love ever again, not after what already happened to me in my past life.
"And why aren't you saying anything? Is it because I am telling the truth and you know it?" He inquired, still staring right into my eyes.
"I am not cheating with anyone first and foremost. I know Where you are driving to. Is it because you saw me with that cruel Alpha?" I inquired with a smirk hanging on my face.
"Who won't become suspicious seeing the way that the both of you were so lost staring at each other and the comments that he made about you." He returned to him.
I didn't want Him to Know anything about Damon so I had to form that perfect lie in my head that he was certainly going to believe.
"Do you think that I am going to Reject anybody in the world for that cruel beast?" I inquired with a weird look hanging on my face.
"You are weird aren't you?" I returned swiftly to him.
"Then if it isn't him, it has to be someone else because you have never resisted my touch before." He returned to me and this time, I was really confused and I didn't know what to say to him anymore.
"Aurora, what are you saying." He returned to me, shaking me violently.
"Please give me time to clear my head Fredrick and I am not seeing anyone apart from you." I returned to him and he sighed deeply.
"Okay, I will leave now, whenever you need me, I am just a call away." He returned to me and he walked gradually away from the place.
I was so grateful that he was gone now, at least now, I could have the rest that I deserved after such a long time.
I fell face up on the bed and I could feel my heart beating hard against my chest. I could no longer wait to get my Revenge on that fool.
But then, the thoughts of Alpha Damon crossed Through my mind. I certainly could not have anything to do with that monster.
Right now, the only thing that I was going to be working towards was my revenge on those fools and I was not going to get entangled in another love story.
I lay on the bed, plotting out my Revenge gradually in my head and I eventually slept up on the spot.
A few minutes later, I heard a slight tap on the door that woke me up from my beauty sleep.
"Who could that be?" I inquired in my head with outrage written all over my face.
"And who is that?" I could not help but Inquire.
"I am here to deliver a message to you Princess Aurora?" A voice came from the other end of the door.
I got down sluggishly from the bed and walked towards the door and parted the door open.
"Good day Alpha Aurora, I got a letter for you." The servant at the door returned to me and I collected the letter from her.
"Who could have sent this to me?" I thought in my head confused. It had been a long time since I received such a letter.
I tore the envelope open almost immediately and the first word that I saw made my heart skip a lot, not beats and cold shivers ran down my spine.
"From the cruelest Alpha of the dead Moon pack to Alpha Aurora, remember that payback is a bitch." He returned to me.
"I have never been Rejected before and I will make sure that you come crawling to me on your knees." The letter read and I could feel my anger Rising so badly that I had to clutch my hands to control it.
"Who the hell does he even think that he is?" I thought in my head trying hard to control my anger.
I will rather end my life than come crawling to him pleading for forgiveness. The thought of it was enough to send Cold shivers down my spine.
"But you have to admit that he is still the strongest Alpha and there are a thousand and one ways that he can make you beg him to accept you right?" My subconsciousness yelled out from the inside of me and I shook my head.
"But what exactly was he even planning to do to get me back to beg for his acceptance?" I thought again in my head.
