Go to work?

Talisa slowly opened her eyes and looked around the unfamiliar room, wondering where she was. Her gaze moved to the IV connected to her hand, which made her realise where she was.

'How did I get here?' She questioned herself as she had no memory of coming here at all. Her memory was hazy and she could only remember she was at the restaurant with Adalyn and those group of girls came to provoke them and that was the end of her memory.

The door to her ward opened and she was surprised to see Adalyn walking in. Adalyn had went to get breakfast for both of them, she wasn't expecting Talisa to have woken up by now. Nevertheless, she was happy to see her friend awake.

"Thank God you are finally awake, I was getting worried already" She sat beside her and held her hand.

Talisa opened her parched lips to speak to her but her throat was dry. Adalyn quickly passed her a cup of water.

"Why am i here? What happened?" She asked after drinking the full cup and making sure her throat wasn't dey anym
