Chapter 11: Her secret

Raine's POV

We've already been on the road for 10 minutes and at first I thought it was just a coincidence. That blue BMW might be dashing but I know it’s us that they’re following.

Kai has been overtaking four cars and yet they’re still behind us. I grab my phone and call someone who is probably monitoring us. "Make sure to keep that fucking BMW from us," I stated.

Kai was looking at me and I pointed to the road. I want him to look forward instead of looking at me. He did. I drop the call and look at the rearview mirror.

I wasn’t surprised when I noticed a car that was chasing us as well. I know that plate number well. They started moving closer to the BMW and I heard gunshots after that.

Kai was about to look back when I stopped him. I was right. Emma will act rashly and I’m glad that I’ve taken precautionary measures before things go south.

We can’t see the car from behind us. I know my men will turn over those scumbags to the police station. I sighed and leaned my back into t
