When I returned to the table, Julian was holding Yvonne as he thanked everyone for their well-wishes.

I leaned close to Yvonne and whispered, "The staff are asking if they can play the video now."

She nodded.

The lights dimmed, and the big screen flickered on.

Yvonne stood up proudly and announced, "Honey, I love you so much. Thank you for marrying me. This little surprise is not only to thank you but also to show everyone our love."

All eyes turned to the screen. But what showed up on the screen was not her heartfelt confession. Instead, it was a blown-up shot of Julian kissing Tristan. Then came the recording of their shameless conversation.

The room went silent. Everyone was shocked, but nobody could look away from the screen.

Julian was the first to react. "What kind of sick prank is this? Stop it! Turn it off!"

He scrambled to his feet in an attempt to rush backstage. But right then, the screen cut to footage of him and Tristan in the car.
