CHRISTOPHER'S POV

waking up next to Kim is almost better than sleeping next to her. Right now she is sprawled on my chest with her hair almost in my mouth and what I'm sure is drool on my chest. If I woke her up and she saw it I'm pretty sure she will shut me out or something that extreme plus we haven't talked about what made her cry yesterday.

Another reason I don't want to wake her up is because if I make any sudden she fill most definitely feely current predicament which I know is natural but that is not how I wanted her to meet it if she ever gave me a chance.

But then again I need to pee so bad that I don't have a choice.

Lifting her off my chest she mumbles what I think sounds a lot like 'f**k you killian' but I'm not sure if I heard properly.

Making a dash to the bathroom I do my business quick and decide to shower for the day. My mind races about the outcomes we could face when we take this on and by on I mean taking revenge on Killian and Vivian for what they did. I'll have to speak to her and see how she feels about this whole entire thing.

"Oh my god Chris, why didn't you lock the door?" a screech pulls me from my thought and I turn to see Kim with her hand over her eyes.

"Why?"

"Why? Why would you ask why would you lock the door when you are bathing? it's basic knowledge if you want privacy. Damn it Chris!" I raise a brow at her and that is when she realizes that her hand is no longer covering her eyes. She looks me over but the her eyes shoot to the celling as she turns a lovely shade of red.

"Why would I lock now that I see how much you like looking me over huh sweetheart?"

she opens and closes her mouth a few times before she mumbles what sounds like 'give me strength to survive this guy' before leaving. What makes me laugh is how she hard she slams the door like she is trying to show me how to properly close the door. Anyway if she breaks it I have the money to fix it or better yet do something impressive like I don't know maybe a vault door.

"Hey sweetheart, how do you feel about vault doors?"

"I'm confused. Why vault doors all of a sudden? Aren't you rich? Do you want to rob a bank now?"

She grows more panicked and more confused by the second which is both concerning and amusing. I don't know how it escalated to this.

"Nevermind sweetheart it was just a silly question and don't worry I'm not robbing any bank. I have a trust fund that can buy you an entire country and still have left over change."

"You know the only way I'm going to survive you is if you are not throwing money at me?" My jaw drops at what she just said... my plans to spoil her just vanished like that.

She looks at me seriously for a few more minutes before she giggles and it turns to a full blown laugh. "Man you should have seen your face. As if I would reject gifts. I've never received a gift before so it would be very much appreciated. You could start by buying me a car. That's just a suggestion but don't knock it till you try it. Now I'm going to shower."

She blows me a kiss and winks at me on her way to the bathroom. I stand there frozen for a long time before I put on sweatpants and go make breakfast.

She is definitely getting a car today even if I have to call in every favour I'm owed. My woman never had to beg for anything and she will soon find out that I'm not my brother and stops comparing me to him.
