The past...
Savanah POV
"Savanah!"
I smiled at my friend, who rushed running towards me.
"Hey, Aly! Thus, are you game with our next adventure?" She looked miserable and bit her lip. I realize that her mom didn't let her once more.
"Sorry, Sav, we have a family get-together in 2 days, so I can't accompany you." I grinned at her.
"It's okay," She held my hand.
"Just be cautious, okay?" I gestured at her.
"Okay, see you soon!" I rode my bike along with my backpack.
I chose to go climbing in Mt. Andicia, situated in the humble community of Andelia.
It is an hour's drive, but the path looks like I am traveling in the past because it is a rough road. It's somewhat creepy, but I can't cancel this.
I arrive at the modest community and stop in their little fuel station.
I pay reasonably for the stopping charge of my bicycle and sign in to their little housing.
They seem friendly and not harmful, so I feel comfortable here.
I was drinking my espresso when an older woman unexpectedly showed up outside the restaurant I ate.
It shocks me, yet she gazes directly at me and leaves. I didn't pay attention.
The instructor has given me a guide on the path I ought to follow. He said I should go on the right way and not the left for unknown reasons.
I had already prepared everything, so I organized my camping materials.
They gave me a watch for tracking purposes and ensured I was not a novice explorer.
"Hi!" I smiled at the young lady who welcomed me.
"Hi, lovely," She smiled at me.
"Are you going climbing?" I gestured at her.
She gives me a heart stone.
"For what is this?" I ask her. She just grinned and fled.
I chose to keep the stone since it is uncommon and looks like quartz.
When all was great, I began ascending the mountain.
I strolled for five minutes when I saw the older woman sitting in a tree. Next to it is a little house. I decided to ignore her but-
"Young lady," I pause and face her.
She signals me to go nearer. That's why I do what she says.
She holds my hand; her hand is so cold.
Her eyes unexpectedly become white.
"You are gifted to see what the others can't see, beware and swear to escape the place where they are lurking. It is safe to avoid than to be part but never be involved." Then her eyes turned back.
I grab my hand from her.
"That is no joke," I remarked.
"There are werewolves in there; fate may have a reason behind why you are here." Then she goes into her home.
I have hesitation about ascending this mountain or simply returning. However, this will be the first occasion when I bombed moving up a hill. Then I will tell my friends I can't climb it up because of a crazy old lady.
I shook my head and chose to keep doing my thing.
I play music for me to have the vibe.
Werewolves? I bet she was a fantasy writer before, or she has a great imagination!
When I arrived at the end trail, I fished my guide in my knapsack's pocket; however, I didn't feel it. I chose to look over my things; however, my map was not there.
What the-
I just put it here.
I fished my phone in my pocket. There is no signal.
I chose to go down, yet I think I am lost. There are presently two paths. All I recollect was only one.
What's going on?
I gathered my things and chose to go on the right path.
I stroll for over 30 minutes, and the path is at its end.
Something is off. It ought to be downwards. Why am I making it this far?
Then, reality hit me at that point, and I entered the wrong trail. I should have taken the left path because I turned around!
"Damn it!" I yelled out of dissatisfaction.
I decided to contact the agency, but my wristwatch is also gone!
"No way,"
I suddenly remember the old lady.
Hell no, she is maybe a snatcher, dang it!
I glance around. I'm helpless.
I chose to rest so I could consider what to do immediately.
"There are werewolves in there. Fate may have a reason behind why you are here. " The voice of the old woman continues to play in my mind.
Silly!
I sincerely don't have a clue what to do.
This is not the time to think about urban legends and myths.
I stood up and chose to return, yet I saw an unfamiliar figure behind the shrubs.
I pant.
It's a wolf!
Gracious my,
I feel chilled.
It is pretty much more bigger than the average wolf.
I gradually got my phone and snapped a photo of it. However, my flash distracted it.
My eyes widen because it stands up.
Its jet-black fur looks so shiny, and its golden eyes look mysterious.
It is looking at me. I saw its fangs.
Oh crap,
I run as quickly as possible.
I know it's running behind me.
I didn't think straight and went with the bushes.
I feel a sharp pain in my shoulder to see I hurt myself. However, I am battling for my life!
I, out of nowhere, stopped when I saw two young boys playing.
"Run, boys! Run!"
I looked at the back, and the creature wasn't following me.
I held my shoulder because it struck another pain.
I plunked down and panted for air.
"Are you okay?" The other kid asked me.
"Why are you playing here alone? Go back home before it gets dark."
I whined when he touched my shoulder.
"Alistair! You can't see it hurts!" The other kid yelled.
"I'm sorry." He looks guilty.
"It's alright," I said.
"We should not be supposed to talk to humans, right, Alistair?" They look at each other.
“What are you talking about?" I fished my medical kit.
I gritted my teeth as I removed the stick on my shoulder.
"Humans should not enter this territory." The Alistair boy seriously said it to me.
"Then why are you here?" I ask them, still curing my wound.
"You still don't get it? Because we are not humans." I laughed hard because of what they said.
"Great joke," I remarked.
They take a gander at one another once more.
I sigh. These children think they are legends or some creatures-
I take a look at them.
"What are you?" Their turn to laugh at me like I dropped the greatest joke ever.
"Hello? what's interesting, Alistair and Alexander." They abruptly stop.
"Would you be able to call us once more?" I stand up.
"Alistair and Alexander." I pointed them.
"How would you distinguish us?"
"I don't have a clue. I just know." They look at me, amazed.
"Just our dad can recognize us." The two of them said.
"Impossible. Your mom can do that also." They peered down and began sobbing.
"Our mother died," Alexander said and began crying uproariously.
Alistair does it also, oh no.
"Shh, sorry, babies." I embrace them both, and presently they are crying on my stomach, embracing me. How might I stop them?
"Alexander! Alistair!" I heard somebody yelling.
"They are here!" I yelled back.
I saw an older adult in his suit.
"What did you do!" He yelled and got the twins from me. I felt a sharp agony when they were taken from me.
"I just, I-" I don't know what to reply.
The next thing I knew, enormous wolves encircled us.
"Run!" I said and pushed the older adult and the twins.
"Just run. I'll distract them." I urgently said.
"They are my companions," Alexander said.
"W-what?" Then I saw the wolf earlier slowly approaching me.
"Daddy," They both said.
What in heaven's name?
Greetings! I am currently editing the novel to fix grammar errors. Chapter 2 is done! If you notice more errors, please comment, and I'll fix them as soon as possible. Thank you!
I woke up in a room. The room is so cozy like I am in a hotel room I have been to. Someone knocked, and I pretended to be asleep. "I know you are awake, lady. I hear your troubled breathing here." What the-? "What do you want!?" I shouted. Someone opened the door, and I saw a very handsome man. But his eyes seemed familiar, like I had seen them before. "What are you doing here on our property?" His eyes are now dark. "I- I got lost," I whispered and looked away. I feel like I am drowning in his beautiful eyes. "Seems like you’re not." I look at him, unbelieve. "Oh! Your awake!" I saw the twins, and they ran toward me. "Are you now okay? I am worried about you." I smiled. "I am okay, Alistair," his eyes got bigger. "You do distinguish us even though we have the same clothing." I saw Alexander looking at me. "Why?" He just shook his head. I smiled at him also. "How can you distinguish the twins." The man in the entryway asks. "By their eyes," I look at the twins. They ha
Savanah POV I smiled as I found the necklace in my bag. They see my bag for 3 hours, and luckily, they have not burnt it yet. I saw the tiny heart shape stone that the girl gave me. It becomes color pink. I pick it up, also. "Are you now feeling good?" Alistair gently asks me. I nodded at them. They didn't leave my side since I left their father's office. "Are we being selfish if we ask you not to leave?" I look at them. "I don't know. Honestly, I feel I'm home in here." I whispered, but I knew they heard it. "You are welcome here!" Alexander said delightedly. I just smiled at him. "Your father didn't want humans. I am a human," Alistair got out and ran. "Alistair!?" I look at Alexander. "Probably, he will ask dad about it." I bit my lip. I handed the rest of my stuff to the maid. I sigh. I keep the memorabilia in one of the drawers in the room where I am staying. I put on my necklace with a heart pendant. I look again at the stone I am holding. How? It seems it was
We are sitting here in one of their cafes. I'm still thinking about what the oracle says. What is the reason that I am here? "Can we ask what your name is?" I smiled at Alexander. "Savanah White," I introduce myself to them. "White? Hmm," I laugh at Alistair's action, he is thinking, and he rubs his chin. "Sounds familiar," I shrug my shoulders. That name is embroidered on my baby's cloth. That is what Mother Faye says. "White? The clan has vanished since the 1800s because of being a traitor and decided to join forces with the vampires and completely convert them into rouges." I saw their father now standing in front of us. He sighs and looks away. "I am sorry, kids," he apologizes. "It's okay, daddy, we understand." They said in unison. I saw some of the customers were looking at us. I feel anxious. I feel like they are judging me. "Finish your snacks, and let's go home." They nodded. He sat beside me. I bet my face was as red as a tomato. "You better do well here, human
Savanah POV "Let's get out of here quickly," he runs fast, but I still hear those whispers. "Ignore it, Savanah! Ignore it!" My head is throbbing. "It hurts, West." It feels like my head is tearing apart. "Ahh!" "Damn it," I hug his back while he is still running. "Fight it, Savanah. The rouge can enter your mind and make you insane." I fight the pain, but it is costing me strength. Rouges? What did the hell rogue want from me? "Savanah?" I closed my eyes. I saw myself in the center of an empty room. I saw two versions of me. On my left looks like an angel, but the other is the opposite. What's happening? "Here me, Savanah, I am your inner self. You need to be strong for you to know who you are." "No, Savanah, come with me, and I'll give all of the answers you need." They give me their hand. "Come, sweetheart." "I'll answer all of your questions." I ran away from them, and I turned to see they were still behind me. I stop and look at them. "Who are you!" I shouted at
Savanah POV I just watch him walks away. I smiled in pain. There is only one Luna existing in his heart. And I know I can’t replace her. I look at the moon, it’s crescent. Since I got here, I started not to understand my own feelings and started questioning my existence. I walk outside to get some fresh air. I smiled as the sweet scent of flowers lingers. “Savanah,” Someone whispered. I look closer at the tress. I saw the old lady looking at me. I walk towards her but she walks away. “Wait!” I shouted. When I entered the forest, I didn’t see her. I know she is the only one that can answer all of my questions. “Why are you following me?” I
“What are you talking about Aly? It can’t be,” I commented.“It’s possible Sav,” I shook my head.“I don’t want to be her.” I heard her sigh.“I know you have questions but the only one who can answer them is the witch in the dark forest.” I look at her.“Can you give me a map or something that may help to find her?”He shook her head.“No one knows where is her hiding place. It changes every time.” I suddenly lose hope.“I feel a connection towards the twins Aly, I feel it when they are in danger or they are in pain. I feel hurt when they experiencing those. Can you explain that?”“Only werewolf mothers knew that feeling, it makes sense now Sav,”
West Pov“Alpha, we can use her.” I shook my head aggressively.“No,” he sighs.“She has unique abilities Alpha.”“But what is she? We can ask help from the forest witch, but we didn’t where she is.”I am also planning to track down the witch for me to know what is her purpose is here.“Don’t tell the council what you saw earlier, they may take advantage of her.” They both nodded.“We should know her purpose on here. Track down the witch.”“Yes alpha,”I walk out of the library.I saw her with the twins playing outside.Even the twins love her. Who are you, Savanah?“Sire,” I look at the maid.&
Savanah Point Of ViewI scream when his pace comes faster as he runs out from their mansion.I love the cold breeze lingering in my skin. I am excited about his tour.We stop at the fountain at the front gate.“This fountain was built to honor the former Luna, my mother.” I nodded and look at the woman on top holding a bouquet of roses.“I bet she’s so beautiful.”“She is.”This time, he just walks. It was so silent but it is calming.“I know you already know that this is the library, the oracle is the one who facilitates it.”“About that, she said a prophecy the first she sees me and I don’t remember a single word. Weird.”“They already told me, but we don’t know wh
