Chapter One hundred and fifty seven.

Xavier, the bankrupt owner of Harvard Group. He is now the nominal president of TI and has a cooperative relationship with Carissa.

"Is Carissa here?" Maricela asked Xavier directly as soon as he opened the door.

"She's not here. Why didn't you go to Perotone to find her? Why did you come here?" Xavier asked Maricela with a familiar smile.

"No one answered her office phone."

Xavier raised his eyebrows and

nodded without saying anything.

When Xavier was about to enter the TI gate, Maricela stopped him and asked, "Do you know where Carissa is?"

"She hasn't contacted me for a long time, and I usually don't look for her when I have nothing to do." Xavier felt relieved when he thought of the resources that Carissa had transferred to him a few days ago.

Anyway, TI had survived this year, and as for what would happen after the new year, he would deal with it later. Maricela felt that something was wrong. Did Carissa disappear?

After leaving TI, Maricela went to Perotone.
