ログインKIAN
He knew something was wrong immediately Wolf started to bark and act relentlessly, the last time he had been this way was when they found Xavie. I scoot in front of the dog, stroking its fur in an attempt to calm him down which usually works but this time it didn’t work for a couple of minutes.
“Alpha Kian.”
He looked up as his name was being called, letting his men handle Wolf for the time being, he stood up to approach the man who had called him.
As they shook hands, he looked around the place for any sign of Alpha Thane.
“We believe Alpha Thane is still on his way here, and where is your official translator?” The other man asked, while also looking at his side.
He merely smirked and shrugged his shoulders, providing no explanation and even though he could, he didn’t want to. He wasn’t here to negotiate peace, he only came to give Alpha Thane a warning and to discontinue their peace treaty.
To his disappointment, Alpha Thane's vehicle pulled up next to his. When he emerged from his car, Wolf started to really bark at him, he never felt any prouder of his dog than he felt at that moment.
“Alpha Kian, I suggest you keep your emotional support pet on a leash”Alpha Thane hissed, glaring at the dog in anger.
He nodded towards one of his men, who came forward to step into the role of being his translator. He signed what he intended to say to Thane and his guard translated as he signed.
“Wolf is very friendly, he only bites the enemies.”
Kian frown deepened, it was one of the rare moments where he hated not being able to speak… okay there were a lot of moments he hated not being able to speak. Moments when he found his mate in bed with his Beta, he wished he could express how fucking furious he was at them both but instead he just stared on for a few minutes, passed his judgement and acted like it didn’t hurt like a fucking bitch.
Another instant was when he found his sister's body, he went into such a state of shock that his voice never recovered from it. It made his condition worsen and Hilda had since then expressed that it will be a miracle if he ever gets to speak again.
Over the years, he let his fists do the talking which actually proves to be so much more effective until now. He couldn’t hit Alpha Thane in the presence of the council unless he crossed a line, and this is where he wished he could say something.
“Alright, it’s a good thing you both are here then and without any further delay, let’s start with the negotiations.”
He was about to proceed inside the hall when another one of his guards approached him, pulling him from the other two men.
“I just got a call from home, the pack is under an attack by Alpha Thane’s warriors. This meeting is nothing but a distraction, he proposed the idea of peace negotiations to pull you away from the pack while he attacked!”
Everything changed then, the fucking bastard! Now there was nothing holding him back from tearing the other man to shreds. Without missing a beat, he stalked towards Alpha Thane, yanking him back from entering the hall.
Before he could react or figure out what was about to be done to him, Kian fist slammed against his face, causing him to stagger backward as blood spurt from his mouth.
“He has gone mad!” Thane growled furiously. “This is against the rule! I will not stand for this!” Even as he cried out, he was retaliating, launching his own fist in Kian’s direction.
Due to his Lycan nature, Kian was faster and anticipated the move before it connected to his face. Gripping his fist in his hand, he tightened his own grip around it, basically crushing his fingers.
With a painful growl strangled from within his chest, Alpha Thane reached forward using his other hand to slam into the side of Kian’s face. He didn’t flinch, didn’t break his hold on the other man. Knowing he had Thane where he wanted, Kian withdrew his claws and went for the fragile hollow spot in his neck and inserted four of his claws there.
“Alpha Kian!” All Seven councils called his name at once. “Killina Alpha Thane is against the law that guides all Alphas and that will strip you of your title if you don’t release him at once!”
“My Alpha has done nothing wrong!” His translator hissed, his fist clenched in anger. “Alpha Thane broke the law by using this meeting as a distraction. As we speak right now, his warriors are attacking us back at home so tell me high council, why must my Alpha spare his worthless life?”
“Is that true Alpha Thane?” One of the high council demanded, his voice filled with disappointment.
Thanks attempts to answer but only managed to choke due to the fact that Kianhas his claws buried deep within, ready to tear him apart any moment from now.
“This conflict started in the first place because Alpha Thane has betrayed the peace treaty between the two packs, he smuggled illegal dangerous weapons while using our home as a passageway, thereby putting the life of the pack at risk. My Alpha has determined in judgement and according to the laws guiding the Alphas, he has a right to do so.”
Once his guard completed his speech, Kian let go of the hand still holding Thane’s fist long enough to have his claws at the other side of his neck. Once he achieved a firm grip on him, without blinking, with the council and Thane’s men watching, Kiantore tore him apart, sending his remains flying around in all directions.
Once he was done, one of his guards extended a hand towel, which he collected, wiped his hands and threw the thing away. Then he turned around to look at Thane’s men, who immediately dropped to their knees, acknowledging him as their new Alpha.
Giving Wolf a quick stroke as the dog waggles his tail excitedly at him. During the ride back home, killing Thane didn’t smooth his temper, in fact it only fuels his need to kill more. Wolf must have sensed the anger in him because he stood up from where he was sitting and settled himself on his lap.
He smiled, feeling some of his temper fade away… only temporarily because seeing the state his pack was in when he arrived home made his anger worsen. His warriors were holding their grounds and as soon as Thane warriors saw him, they immediately dropped their weapon, fears clouding their face as they recognized him as their new Alpha.
His presence put an end to the fight and as he made his way to the manor, Thane warriors parted ways for him with their heads bowed. He ignored them, leaving his warriors to take care of them until he figures out what to do with them and their pack that remains without a ruler.
He was tempted to go silent for a while, to not take action and watch as his pack fought for who would get to be in power. He assumes Thane Beta would want that title but only someone who kills an Alpha becomes the next Alpha. If his Beta wants to be the next Alpha then he will have to challenge him for the title.
“Alpha…” Shade greeted him, his body covered in blood and injuries that were in the process of healing.
He looked at his oldest friend, delight spreading through his body at the acknowledgement that Shade was his new Beta. He patted his shoulder, an action that indicates how proud and happy he was.
The smile on his face dropped when Alpha Alec showed up, sword in hands, showing he had been fighting two. Kian took a deep breath, resisting the urge to tear the other man apart, which almost didn’t work until he was distracted by a bright red-haired woman, flinging herself into his arms.
There was a pause, from both him and everyone around them. His eyes move to Alec, seeing the other man clenching his fist. Even though he wasn’t aware of Xavie' identity, he still felt like he owned her. That made him sick!
Alec's nature stems from the fact that he thinks he owns women, therefore they are nothing but pawns he could use and discard whenever he saw fit. Nyxia just became his new target and the fact that she looks like Xavie to Alec was an added bonus… without realizing it, Alec just gave him a weapon to bring him down!
For now his interest seems purely out of curiosity? Control? Ownership? Regardless of what it was, he will give him something more that Alec couldn’t ignore, a bait…

XAVIEI appreciated Kian's absence more after he left. As it turned out, even though I have never hosted any event before, I really handled everything well, approved by both Drake and Tint. The guests had started to arrive but I was more interested in two particular guests I had invited, Alec and Annika. The two were among the last people to show up, knowing Annika, she had a knack for attention and the displeased expression that crossed her face as soon as she saw me, made me smile inwardly. Who did she think they were coming here to meet? Raising my dress a little, I approached them, keeping my face as emotionless as I could muster. “Lady Nyxia.” Alec reached for my hand, placing a kiss at the back of it. Once upon a time, I found that mouth pleasurable but now? The skin where his mouth touched made my skin crawl with disgust. Withdrawing my hand from his when he still lingered, what a shameless man! Annika was basically standing next to him, not that I feel sorry for her. She
KIAN The grand hall was the formal dining hall, where he wine and dine with the most important members of his pack, like the delta wolves, the council, his Beta when he had one. After Malia's death, any desire to socialize died with her, so he stopped coming to the dining hall until tonight…He walked into the room with Xavie attached to his side, having seen how repulsed she was with the idea of pretending to be in love with him, he couldn’t wait for dinner to be over so she wouldn’t have to suffer any more of his presence. Everyone in the room seemed to pause once they became aware of their presence. They stood up as a sign of respect and acknowledgement, he pulled out a chair for Xavie then went to settle down next to her. Once they were seated, everyone took their seat too, he could hear the hushed conversations being whispered but pretend not to. Tint came in after them, after greeting everyone on the table, she sat down, her eyes moving back and forth from me to Xavie and bac
XAVIE After flower picking with Hilda, I have been pacing round the private sitting area waiting for Kian to finish with his meetings so we can have a chat about Hilda’s concern. Something needs to be done before these rumours spun out of control, to be honest, it was already spinning out of control. But then it occurred to me that we have no way of communicating with each other without Tint and if she follows us around, people will just start other rumors like we have a third or something. I collapsed on the sofa, only to rise up a few seconds later as a very brilliant idea crossed my mind. I went into the bedroom, pulling out one of the drawers I’ve seen Kian take a journal out of. I found a small journal there, several if I was being honest. I took a pen from my dressing mirror table and went back to the sitting area to wait for him. With the journal, we won’t need Tint to follow us around translating his words to me when he could just write them down and pass it over for me to
KIANA message was brought to him just as he was about to leave his study, he sat back beyond his desk, tearing open the envelope. He glanced up briefly when a knock sounded on the door and Tint strolled into the room to take a seat. He held up a finger, telling her to wait while he read the content of the letter. It came from the higher council, they wanted him and Alpha Thane to have a peace negotiation which is too bad because he was really looking forward to snapping the man’s head from his thick neck on the battlefield. He pushed the letter under a journal, turning his attention back to Tint, he motioned for her to go ahead and say what she wanted. “Okay, I understand you don’t want me involved in your plans but Malia was my best friend, you can’t keep shutting me out when I can help.” She insisted, he almost forgot how stubborn Tint can be, after all she had been friends with his sister, who was as stubborn as they come. The thought of his sister made his chest tightened, a
XAVIE When Hilda had suggested flower picking, I thought it was something fun, like stopping to smell the roses or something. But instead I was helping her examine plants and picking some herbs. I didn’t complain though, I was in desperate need of some company so I quietly did the job she assigned me. I soon noticed her frequently glancing in my direction and thought at first maybe she was worried I wasn’t doing it right but then I realised she wasn’t looking at the herbs we were picking but at me. Even though she’s pretty much the only person that talks to me around here, Hilda was still a stranger to me. “Am I doing it wrong?” I asked, pausing in the act of picking another flower. She shook her head. “It seems to me like you and Alpha Kian are going out of your way to avoid each other, the servants are talking and once they start, be sure the entire pack is going to be aware of it too.” My eyes widened at her words as I grew nervous. “I’d like to think people have something bet
