Inevitable Jealousy

Later that evening, my friends and I first went to our locker rooms to change our clothes before we will head on to Ghino's invitation. When I checked out my phone, I was confused when I haven't gotten any message from Ghino about the name of the restaurant or even the address.

So, I reached out to his digits to do a follow-up. Before I dialled his digits, I slapped my face once first. Hard enough I felt the extreme pain as soon as my large palm landed on my face to check if what happened earlier was just a dream or hallucination.

But the last time I remember was when Ghino and his friends went to the field and invited us for dinner to celebrate their successful midterm exams. He was there. I could not hold onto my feelings so I smiled and slid closer to him.
