Thirty One

Alexandra's POV

It's been seventeen hours since I last saw Aiden. I hosted the show even though anyone could see how my mind was all over the place. That was until the first break when Troy gave me an earful of words I would rather not repeat then followed by comfort. After, he and I went to a cute coffee shop next to the company's building and talked for an hour until I decided to go back home. And by home, I mean Aiden's house. Paul dragged me to Aiden's place as instructed by his don. No threat can break that man, I swear.

In his house, his staff has treated me like some royalty since I arrived. It's a little bit overwhelming and so I've been trying to keep myself busy in Aiden's room as I look at my emails and the reports from the club that Bob, the head of staff from the club has sent me. He is really good at his work.
