Chapter Thirty Seven

Sunny’s POV

Opening my eyes, the room is dark. I can still smell Izzy and Nick but it is faint. So it is probably from the fact that this is their room. I feel for the remote on the bedside table and push a button. The curtains open, making me close my eyes at the sudden intrusion of light spilling into the room.

I sit up and stretch and let my eyes adjust to the light. The clock says that it is already eleven thirty. That means I have slept most of the day. Pepper is finally awake in my head and wants our mates, I can't help but agree with her.

Sliding out of the bed I go to the walk-in to find something to wear. We were going to move my things last night, but we were all just too exhausted by the time we got all of the kids to sleep. Then Nick and I took turns getting up with her to help with the babies.

Down the stairs I hear Izzy, Nick and Caterina talking. They all stop when I walk into the family room. Izzy smiles brightly at me and so does everyone else. The smiles are c
