Chapter 112 — Lost and Searching

Her POV

The morning was quiet, almost too quiet. The birds chirped softly, but I barely noticed. My mind was filled with Axel — his face, his warmth, the way he smiled at me. I had hoped he would wake up feeling better, maybe even smile at me. But when I opened the door of the small hut where the old woman had been treating him, my heart stopped.

He was gone.

I froze, my legs weak, my hands trembling. I ran through the room, my voice breaking as I called his name. “Axel! Axel, where are you?”

The old woman appeared behind me, her eyes wide. “He’s… he’s not here,” she said slowly. “I don’t see him anywhere.”

My chest tightened. “What do you mean he’s not here? We brought him here to heal him! He can’t just… disappear!”

She shook her head, her long fingers twisting nervously. “Nora… maybe… maybe his family came for him. When I stepped out for herbs just now, I sensed someone taking him away.”

My heart dropped like a stone. “No. That’s impossible. His fam

  • Rejected And Reborn   Axel’s Point of View — Connection Through the Bond

Chapter 174 : Axel’s Point of View — Connection Through the BondHis POV The darkness had teeth. It gnawed at him slowly, mercilessly — the kind that crept under the skin, sank into the bones, and whispered of despair. Axel hung from the silver chains biting into his wrists, his body trembling from the constant agony that pulsed with every heartbeat. His blood had long since lost its color, now a dull smear of crimson-black pooling at his feet. Each breath burned, every exhale came out as a low growl he couldn’t fully suppress. He didn’t know how long he had been trapped. Hours. Days. Time had dissolved into pain. But even through that darkness, something flickered — faint, fragile, but alive.Her.At first, he thought he was hallucinating. The fever from the silver poisoning was twisting his senses, making shadows speak and ghosts dance in the corners of his vision. But then… her scent reached him. Light. Familiar. Comforting. It seeped through the cracks of his pain like moonlight

  • Rejected And Reborn   Nora Acts on Her New Power

Chapter 173 : Nora Acts on Her New PowerHer POV – EnglishI barely slept that night. My body ached, my muscles burned from the endless training, but my mind wouldn’t let me rest. Axel’s face haunted me, pale and bruised, chained somewhere I could only imagine. The bond between us pulsed violently, tugging at my soul, forcing me to act. I could no longer wait. Every instinct screamed at me: Go. Now.I stepped outside into the night, the forest thick and silent around me. The moonlight glinted on the frost-covered leaves, painting silver patterns across the ground. I breathed in, my lungs filling with the crisp air, and closed my eyes. I felt it — the subtle vibrations of the land, the heartbeats of those nearby, the faint scents carried by the wind. For the first time, I let the power take over.It was subtle at first — a whisper in my mind that told me a patrol was near, even before I could hear the crunch of their boots on the leaves. I moved silently, every step landing with absolu

  • Rejected And Reborn   The Awakening

Chapter 172 : The AwakeningHer POV Every muscle in my body screamed as I pushed myself harder than I ever had before. Sweat stung my eyes, my lungs burned, but I didn’t stop. Every thought, every heartbeat, every shred of strength was focused on one thing — saving him. Axel. My mate. My anchor.I paced through the clearing in the woods, practicing strikes, dodges, and stealth maneuvers over and over. The shadows of trees stretched long and distorted in the moonlight, and each flicker of movement set my senses on high alert. I could feel it — the bond pulsing faintly through me, tugging like a lifeline toward him. It was weak, stretched thin by distance and danger, but it was enough to ignite the fire in my chest.Fear clawed at me. Every thought of Selene, of Axel chained and hurt, made my stomach twist. Rage followed close behind, hot and bitter, coiling around my spine. My hands clenched into fists, nails digging into my palms as I whispered to myself, “I will find you… no matter

  • Rejected And Reborn   The Shackles of Silver

Chapter 171 : The Shackles of SilverAxel’s POVCold. That was the first thing that hit me. A deep, bone-cutting cold that seeped into every part of me, crawling under my skin and settling in my veins. Then came the pain — sharp, pulsing, relentless. My head pounded, my throat was dry, and every breath felt like breathing through fire. When I tried to move, the sound of rattling metal echoed through the darkness. My arms jerked to a stop before I even realized they were chained. Thick iron links wrapped around my wrists, glowing faintly where the silver touched skin. I could smell my own blood burning — that acrid, metallic scent that came when silver met a wolf’s flesh.A low groan escaped me. I forced my eyes open. The cavern around me was dimly lit by a single torch flickering in the distance. Shadows crawled along jagged stone walls, and the ground was damp beneath me. Drops of water fell rhythmically from the ceiling, each one echoing like a countdown I couldn’t stop.I wasn’t su

  • Rejected And Reborn   Nora’s Transformation

Chapter One hundred and seventy : Nora’s TransformationHer POVWhen I finally woke, the world felt like a blur of pain and silence. My body throbbed with weakness, my skin clammy against the cool sheets. The faint scent of pine and burning wood lingered in the air — the safe house. I remembered how the warriors dragged me here while I screamed Axel’s name, how his howl had been the last sound before everything went black. Now, the only sound was the crackling fire and the hollow rhythm of my own heartbeat.Slowly, I pushed myself up. Every movement was agony. My ribs ached, my head spun, and my throat burned from crying. There was a mirror across the room — small, old, its edges cracked. I forced myself to look into it, but what I saw made my chest tighten. The woman staring back at me wasn’t me.She looked broken. Her skin was pale, her lips dry, and her eyes red-rimmed and hollow. Strands of tangled hair fell over her face, and faint bruises marked her neck and arms. She looked lik

  • Rejected And Reborn   Slightly

Chapter 169 : Slightly Nora’s POVWhen I opened my eyes, the world felt strange — too quiet, too cold. My body ached, every muscle screaming when I tried to sit up. Pain pulsed through my side where I’d been struck, and for a moment, I didn’t even remember where I was. The scent of herbs and firewood filled the room — Mira’s old safe house, deep in the woods.I turned my head slightly, the motion dizzying. My reflection caught my eye in the cracked mirror beside the bed. I froze. The woman staring back at me wasn’t the Luna I once knew — she was a ghost. My face was pale, my lips dry, dark circles hollowed my eyes. My hair hung loose and tangled, and the white bandages around my arms were stained with dried blood. For a long moment, I just stared at her — at me. And I hated what I saw.Weak. Fragile. Defeated.Selene’s words echoed in my head like poison:“He won’t come back. You’ll never be Luna. You’re just a broken little thing pretending to be strong.”I could still hear her laug
