Lila’s POV.

Before I could react or do anything else, I was suddenly grabbed and shoved into a rock-hard chest, hands wrapped around my waist possessively as he bent his head into my neck and inhaled my cologne.

My blood turned cold as the cold wind blew by causing me to shiver into his arms, my stomach turning nervously.

"A-a-Alpha." I stammered, hoping he would let me go because we were surrounded by people who were starting to notice us.

"Mine, only mine." He whispered instead as he kissed my neck. A moan escaped me unconsciously attracting attention and my eyes widened.

I immediately tried pulling away from him myself but his grip tightened as he growled.

"Don't you dare, stay where you belong." I nodded and stiffened, burying my face in his chest aware of the whispers now going around.

"Isn't that the Lycan king?" A girl questioned and my cheeks turned red.

"Ofcourse he is, but why is he hugging another woman possessively?"another asked and I wanted the ground to open up and swal

She shakes her head twice and I know whatever communication we are going to be having in this space will have to be with our eyes and our ears. I turn my head around the room looking for the royal regalia. I have no idea what it even looks like.
