[“Tell me what Hogan ate yesterday.”]

Just in case I saw it wrong, I rubbed my eyes.

[“Tell me what Hogan ate yesterday.”]

But the content of Philip’s letter remained the same.

‘The first thing that Philip wanted to know is the food Hogan ate yesterday?’

Even my wolf confirmed that I didn’t see the wrong words.

“If he wanted to kill Hogan, why would he ask this question?”

I don’t know. It was difficult to know what was on Philip’s mind unless I cracked it open. ‘I wish I could.’

Bugged by this, I looked around.

‘What if someone saw me meeting with Philip yesterday and wrote this letter to trick me?’

On second thought, it might be Philip’s way to test me if I would come here today and follow his orders just like I promised before we parted ways.

‘Nothing would change if this was Philip or not. Your life is in danger. You should write an answer,’ My wolf persuaded me to act right away.

And so, with the pen that I brought with me, I wrote the correct answer.
