MasukAlan's POV
She looked shocked.
Of course, she was shocked. We barely had time for introductions the night before. I was all over her like a damned wolf in heat.
I couldn't help myself when I saw her at the bar. She was beautiful. Even now with those dazzling grey eyes staring up at me, I could feel a familiar stirring in my chest.
And another in my loins.
No woman had ever captivated me the way she did.
Mostly because I had never allowed it. I had a pack to run and I certainly wasn't interested in leading any female on. I wanted my mate and her alone.
I had waited a long time for Natasha. Now that she was here, there was no way in hell that I would let her go.
"Marriage?!" Matt's bellow reached my ears, drawing me out of the dark corner of my thoughts. I tossed him a scathing look.
I would deal with him later.
"Luna?" The girl he had cheated on Natasha with echoed and gaped at me like a fish out of water.
Natasha stepped away from me, giving me a nervous smile. "Ah... Uhm, Alpha."
My wolf gave a sound that sounded more like a scoff. I was beginning to think he wasn't exactly pleased with his match. Which was odd. I had expected that he would rejoice at the sight of our mate.
He certainly had been smitten with her the night before.
"Call me Alan," I murmured, stepping closer to her. Her scent, intoxicating as ever filled my nose.
Addicted. I was already addicted.
Mine.
"Alpha, sir, I don't think this is appropriate." The registrar stuttered, but a hard glare from me shut him up.
"What exactly isn't appropriate about this?" I asked. Natasha tried to step away from me, so I snaked an arm around her waist and pulled her body against me.
She gasped and memories of her making those naughty mewls and sounds the night before filled my head. Goddess, she had been perfect.
So fucking perfect.
I should get this marriage on the way.
"I found my mate," I said, raising a brow at the registrar who cowered in submission. "One would think that you would be thankful for me. This pack has needed a Luna for a long time."
"B-But it can't be her!" Matt cried like a tiny pathetic kid whose favorite toy had been taken away from him.
When he informed me about the divorce, I had Ben investigate to confirm Matt's words. It didn't take much to find out he had been cheating on his wife.
And that he intended to rob her of her things just so he could be with his crazy girlfriend. Oh, I knew all about Emily as well.
What I hadn't expected was finding out my Nephew's wife was my mate.
"It will be her," I told him point-blank before turning to Natasha. "I apologize deeply for the way my nephew treated you. I am here now, and I promise that no one will ever hurt you, Natasha."
Her eyes widened a fraction, and I grinned.
Ah, the little wolf loved the way I called her name. That pleased me immensely.
"Uncle, you seriously cannot-"
"You will remain quiet!" I infused a bit of authority into my voice and listened as Matt whined but remained quiet. I turned to Natasha then, my eyes dropped in a hooded gaze. "Say yes, darling. What could you possibly stand to lose?"
Her eyes flickered nervously. She threw a nervous look at Matt and flinched. He must have glared at her. I cupped her jaw and lowered my head until our lips were mere centimeters apart. Her warm breath fanned my jaw. Her lips, perfect, sweet pink bows, begged to be kissed.
"Say yes, Natasha," I murmured. Her breathing quickened and I loved it. I trailed a hand slowly over the outline of her hips under that dress, recalling how I gripped onto them last night, thrusting, taking, claiming her.
Mine.
"Yes."
It was a whisper. Soft and husky, but it was loud and clear still. Matt gasped. His lady love muttered a curse about my mate, and I growled in response. She dropped her head in a bow mumbling an apology.
"Perfect," I grinned and turned to the registrar. "I believe we have a wedding to announce."
"Yes, Alpha.”
"Good." I chuckled and placed my palm over the small of Natasha's back and led her out of the courthouse.
I could hear a couple of cameras clicking and knew the paparazzi were at it again. But today, I didn't mind. I had my mate after waiting a long fucking time. I could tolerate them.
I led her to my car, keeping her close to me, occasionally taking a whiff of her intoxicating scent. My chauffeur stepped out of the car, but I waved him off.
"I've got this," I murmured, opening the car door for Natasha to enter.
Those grey eyes stared up at me in horror as if realizing what was happening and then she began shaking her head.
Shit.
"What's wrong?"
"Uhm, I'm sorry, Alpha—"
“—It's Michael," I corrected gently.
"I… uhm… I only said yes because I didn't want to lose face in front of that jerk… I mean Matt." She blurted and clamped a hand over her mouth.
I cocked my head to the side, a smile teasing my lips at how adorable she was.
"I don't see how that changes anything.”
"I can't marry you." She exclaimed.
"And why is that? We're fated Mates, aren't we?"
She flushed and shook her head. "We don't know that for sure. I was drunk last night. I may have been delusional and dreamt up a hot sexy man."
Wrapping an arm around her waist, I turned and pinned her against the car. A dream? Well, I could fucking rectify that.
"Shall I show you then?" I murmured, skimming her neck with my lips. She swallowed when my tongue teased the dip in her neck. "Just how real am I?"
Natasha's POV Holy smokes! This was too hot. My cheeks burned as I tried to wiggle away from him. But he had me trapped against the car so all I did was wiggle against him. I could feel him everywhere. His hard muscles contracted and pulsed against me. His hot breath burned a sweet trail on my neck. When his tongue licked that sweet spot on my neck, I knew I was done for. My legs buckled and I had to hold him for support. This wasn't right. I had barely gotten divorced. It was all happening too fast and I needed to put a stop before I did something impulsive and regretted it. I had been impulsive in my relationship with Matt. I trusted that he loved me. That he wanted me. I gave up my top honors degree, gave up on my late parents' research, and took up a job in the Pack's lab just so I could stay close and be with him.The sacrifices I made for that bastard were all wasted! I was wrong. And look where that led me. No matter how hot and sexy and how wild Alpha Micheal d

Natasha's POV I woke to the loud sound of my phone ringing somewhere. I tapped around the bed, blindly, still sleepy. My head is pounding loudly like a drum. With a groan, I forced my eyes open. The first thing that registered was that I was not in my room. The second was that… I didn't have a room anymore. I lived with Matt. And Matt—the bastard— had cheated on me with my best friend. Anger burned through my veins but it dissipated when another question dropped into my head. So where was I? Good question.I scanned the room. It was a hotel suite. A massive impressive one. There was no way I could ever afford this place. So how on earth had I gotten? Flashes of last night hit me. MDrinks with Sofia. Sofia leaving me. Me feeling funny and then—By the moon goddess. The hot man. The mystery man had brought me here. “Don't hold back.”I slapped my palm over my face, gasping in shock. Had I really said that?! What the hell had come over me? Sure, he was hot as hell but tha
Natasha's POV I watched Matt walk away and sank back to my seat, feeling weak and lightheaded. I closed my eyes, trying to keep myself at bay before I would strangle my best friend. No, not my best friend. The betrayal. "Natasha, look, I-I can explain—" “—Save it, Emily," I snapped. "I don't want to hear whatever pathetic excuse you have to offer." "Good." She scoffed, rising to her feet. "I'd just like to point out how stupid you are to let a man like that go. He'll be all mine now, thank you very much. I hear his uncle doesn't take kindly to traitors." I hadn't met Matt's uncle, Alan —the Alpha of Nightwolves pack. He was such a workaholic that the last time he made a public appearance was three years ago. But he had a strong reputation for being a kind and fair leader. And I was banking on that reputation. "I'm not the traitor," I hissed at her. “You and Matt are. You two played me for a fool and the proof is right here." Emily turned up her nose and gave me a smirk
one. Natasha's POV"Matt? I'm ready," I drawled in a singsong voice, waltzing out of the closet with a robe on. My husband hadn't been around for a while now—two weeks— and I had missed him. I was married to Matt Langston, a high-ranking executive at the Blackwood Pack Corporation. Last year when he proposed, it felt like a dream come true. Neither of us had found our true mates but we got along pretty well. With his uncle as the Alpha of the pack, I thought I had everything I could ever want. What more could I have asked for? Nothing. My life was perfect. I checked myself in the mirror on the wall and smiled at my choice of robe—skimpy, sheer, and revealing just enough. "Matt?" I called again, bouncing over to the bed to wait for him. "Coming, Babe." He responded from the shower. "Take your time, darling," I teased, loosening the robe so my breasts were partly visible. If all went well, Matt and I would finally make love again—His phone buzzed on the bedside table. I
