I took a slow step forward, my eyes locked on Blade.

“I have claimed her,” I said, my voice low and steady. “And that doesn’t change. It will never change. Not because of you, and not even because of what you feel.”

Blade didn’t move. His face stayed calm, but his eyes were full of anger. That made it worse. It felt like I was talking, but he wasn’t really hearing me.

He didn’t react, just kept staring like my words meant nothing.

But one thing was clear. I was glad he said it

Is Drake’s pack joining Thunder pack? Hmm?? Interesting. The plot of the story has still been so good that I can’t put my phone down easily!

  • Rejected by my mate, Claimed by Alpha Ryder   CHAPTER 88

I called the meeting with the crescent brotherhood. There was no more time to think. No more time to hesitate.Obviously, I’m not handing over the girl Jackson claims is his sister.War is inevitable. If Thunder Pack was serious and I knew Jackson Black well enough to know he was—then we didn’t have days to waste arguing or doubting. We had to prepare. And that meant calling the Brotherhood.****The meeting room felt colder than usual. The long table stood at the center, polished and silent, like it was waiting for something bad to happen. I stepped inside, my eyes scanning the room.Four seats were occupied. It used to be five.Drake’s chair was empty. He had meant every word when he said he was cutting ties. No second thoughts. I pushed that thought aside and walked to my seat.Roman sat across from me, leaning back like he was waiting for trouble. His expression was already irritated, like being here was a waste o

  • Rejected by my mate, Claimed by Alpha Ryder   CHAPTER 87

~ Ryder ~I left the clinic immediately after hearing Ms. D’s secret. My mind was not clear. It felt like everything I thought I knew had been shaken. I needed space. I needed silence. I needed air that didn’t feel like it was closing in on me.I walked out without saying much to anyone. The moment I was outside, I started moving faster. Then I ran.I didn’t even know where I was going at first. My legs just carried me. My chest felt tight, like something was pressing hard against it. Every thought in my head was loud, confusing, and heavy. And somehow I ended up at the lake. The same one.The same place I had come to two years ago when everything in my life fell apart.I stopped at the edge, breathing hard.My eyes stayed on the still water. And just like that… the memories came back. Two years ago. After I found Nana hung at the entrance of the pack house. That day broke something inside me.I remember everything clearly,

~ Doris ~Darkness slowly loosened its grip on me.At first, everything felt heavy—my body, my head, even my thoughts. It was like I was floating somewhere far away, stuck between sleep and something deeper. My eyelids fluttered, but opening them felt like work. Then, little by little, I became aware of my surroundings.I forced my eyes open. The light above me felt too bright at first, making me squint. My vision blurred, then slowly cleared. White ceiling. Pale walls. A familiar room. The clinic.I tried to remember the last thing that happened before I lost consciousness. My thoughts came slowly at first, heavy and unclear, until they finally settled on the rooftop—the moment just before everything went dark.A soft sound reached my ears.Someone was crying.I turned my head slightly, my neck protesting with the small movement. That was when I saw her.Mom.She sat beside my bed, her shoulders shaking slightly. Her head was low

“Thunder Pack has declared war on Moon Pack,” the voice said, tense and rushed. “They’ve already sent a messenger to the border.”My blood heated instantly. A low growl rose in my chest.“The messenger can wait,” I said coldly. “I’m on my way.”I moved at once, pushing aside my feelings and the heated argument I’d just had with Blade. My body shifted as I ran, bones cracking as my wolf took over. My paws hit the ground hard, pushing me forward with speed and power. The forest rushed past me in a blur of green and shadow. My mind stayed fixed on one thing—war.By the time I reached the clearing, I shifted back into human form. My chest rose and fell steadily as I caught my breath. Sweat covered my skin, but I didn’t care. My eyes were already locked on the man waiting. The messenger. The moment he saw me, he stepped back quickly. His hands tightened around a sealed envelope as if it could protect him. His face turned pale, and his eyes dropped, unabl

It felt like I was talking, but he wasn’t really hearing me.He didn’t react, just kept staring like my words meant nothing. But one thing was clear. I was glad he said it to my face. What irritated me more was his boldness—just standing there and disrespecting me, like nothing I said mattered, like my words couldn’t even reach him.At least I wasn’t being blindsided from behind.I never imagined it would come to this. Me standing in front of Blade—my childhood best friend, the one I grew up beside like a brother and fighting him over a woman who somehow became important to both of us in ways neither of us fully accepted.Doris.That name alon

“What the hell did you just say?” I asked, my voice low but shaking. For a second, I thought I heard him wrong. But Blade didn’t take it back.“Oh, spare me that shit,” he snapped. My chest tightened, anger rising fast, hot, uncontrollable.“How did I steal her from you?” I demanded, stepping closer. “Answer me properly, Blade—because right now, I swear, if you don’t make sense, blood will spill in this place.”The air between us turned sharp and deadly. Before either of us could move, Julius rushed in, grabbing both of us by the arms.“Enough please!” he barked, pulling us apart. “Not here.”I tried to shake him off, but he didn’t let go.He dragged us a few steps away, into a quieter corner of the hallway where fewer eyes could see us.“You both need to calm down,” Julius said firmly, his eyes moving between us.“No,” I snapped immediately, my gaze locked on Blade. “He needs to answer me first.”Blade let out a dry laugh, one tha

I saw the shock in their eyes when I told them to leave.Real shock. The kind that cracks straight through the mask they always wore. For years, they had been so sure of their place above me. So sure I would never fight back. And now… I had.Not with words. But louder than wor

My throat closed up so tight I could barely get the words out.“That’s Nana,” I said. My voice sounded rough and far away.Doris tilted her head. Her eyes were soft and patient. She didn’t push, she just waited.“She was my closest friend back then in high school,” I said. “We met in
