All that while, Andrew and Jamal remained quiet, just watching the duo with a frown on their faces. They exchanged glances with each other, communicating with each other through their mind link about Calix's appearance.

They finally concluded that they should act as if nothing had happened for Aiden's sake. They knew Aiden would feel bad if he found out that they were no longer close to Calix.

"You were super cool yesterday." Calix punched Aiden playfully. "Who would have ever thought that your wolf would turn out to be that strong? Just see how you defeated Cole. Within a twinkle of an eye, he was down." Calix chattered in excitement.

"We have always known that Aiden's wolf would not be ordinary. Don't tell me you are surprised." Jamal snapped, but with a fake smile on his face.

"I was." Calix turned to him, still smiling. "I have always known that Aiden would be strong like his father but I didn't think that he would be that strong. Did you guys see his wolf? S
