She smiled and took out her phone from her clutch and dialled her best friend's number. She answered it on the first ring, " Hye Em! Your so-called ex wants to know where his phone is? " She smiled, looking at him with challenging eyes. She shoved the speaker closer to his ear.

" Sure, Barbie! I'll explain everything to this dipshit, not just about his phone and laptop but also his foolish friends' things too. Come to my place dickhead! " She heard the phone double beep of the phone and disconnecting.

" You over-smart bitch! " He raised his fist at her.

Quickly she bent her knees and dodged his blow. It swiped over her head. Swirling she reached behind him. She hit him behind his knee with her heel. He stumbled and fell on his face with a loud thump.

" Didn't momma teach you to watch your steps? " She mocked and laughed at her joke, while others were just staring in astonishment. She heard someone whistling behind her. Her eyes fell on Mr Handsome's friend. He gave her two thumbs up.

Suddenly, she stumbled in her heels as she felt a hard push on her back. She heard her own squeal. His strong hand crawled around her waist. Her heartbeat raced. Her skin felt strange to herself with his touch.

Balancing her, he steadied her on her feet. Her lips parted in astonishment when her green eyes met his icy grey eyes. She forgot everything that she was here because her bestie's boyfriend was a bastard. He clicked Emlyn's picture while she was changing. When they pleaded with him to delete them. He wanted her to be his date for a night. It brought her here, in this five-star club.

" Brother! That's not fair. She's alone and they are four. " She swirled instantly.

' Then he's Mr. handsome' brother, not friend. My guess was right. They're related. '

Mr Handsome gave him a half nod. She got confused and stared at him. He arched his single eyebrow, " Hold this sister-in-law. " His brother said to her with a full smirk as he handed her his coat. Which she took from him absentmindedly. She was thinking of sag against his strong arms. She considered it a bad idea.

" Huh? " She made a saccharine tone from her throat with parted lips and widened eyes to hear it. Her racing heart began to pound, making her pulses thud.

She stared at his brother. She forgot to shut her mouth when she saw one v/s four. His brother was dodging every punch from them. His one-punch threw them on the ground, " Hold it. " She said to him, shoving his coat and her clutch at his side. She wasn't looking at him. He motioned at his bodyguard, he held it immediately.

She put her feet out of her heels and rushed at the glass table which was hardly three feet high. Raffaele stood near it, stumbling, watching his friends getting beaten up in awe. She lifted her one foot up to the table, giving a lift to her body like a jump in the air. Pressing her thumb between four fingers. She punched him in the face. Raffaele's face contorted in pain and he grasped his nose as it began to bleed.

" Yes! I always wanted to do it. " She pumped her fist in the air.

" That was really awesome, Sister-in-law. " He used that word again for her.

She frowned at him. But she couldn't keep it as he helped her, " My name isn't Sister. In. Law. " She said and walked the floor.

She put back her heels and stumbled. He grasped her forearm and steadied her again. There's eyes were locked, " Thank you for your help. Otherwise, others were just watching. " She snapped and broke her gaze. She held her clutch from his bodyguard and his coat, " Thanks once again. " She said, extending her hand with his coat.

" Welcome, Sister in law. " He bowed his head slightly.

" Hi! I'm not your sister in law, um I don't even know your name. " She told him again.

" I'm Matteo De Luca. He's my brother, Lorenzo De Luca. " He smiled.

" I'm Barbie Castillo. Nice to meet you. Thanks for your help once again. I must say, you're an amazing fighter. " She smiled and extended her hand.

" Can I drop you? I can see it's not your taste. " Matteo ran his gaze around.

" Well! You're right. I'll manage. It's New York. " She took her hand back when he shoved his hand in his pockets, his guard held the coat and turned behind to leave.

She felt pain as she opened her eyes. First, she noticed mumbles out of the door and then pain. She pushed herself on her feet and sprinted toward the mirror. She closed her eyes for a second, holding the edge of vanity to support her weight. Gradually, She opened her eyes, running her gaze over the sutures. She felt goosebumps over her arms in fear he could have killed her. She was certain after watching five sutures. She was also certain about one thing, Alessandro would make his remaining breathing worse than hell. She spun on her heels as she heard the mumbles getting louder. She walked over to the door. She wanted to check the lock. Lifting her hand, she curled her hand over the doorknob.

She was walking out on the grass, the sun was shining bright. She was wearing a designer grey cardigan and black jeans. She was loving the sun heat on her skin. She drifted her gaze around. Her guards were patrolling the area. She sat on the chair and closed her eyes, resting her head back, enjoying the sunlight over her skin. A soft smile touched her lips as she thought about her husband. He took her out, the time she spent in the park with him, his guards weren't surrounding them. But she was aware of them. Her lips curled more in a full smile. Her body jerked with fear when she felt cold metal on her neck and a rough hand gripping her by shoulder rudely. Her eyes snapped open. She saw a filthy face grinning down at

After eating her meal, she came back to her room. She didn't want to be in the same room where she had seen someone dying. She spun to Alessandro. He was in a deep talk with Kruzenski. "Ales," She softly said. Kruzenski smiled broadly and she noticed a dimple in his right cheek. Alessandro noticed her hesitation, "Yes," He asked. "I don't wanna stay in this room." She said, gulping. She lowered her gaze to avoid his harsh expression. She was expecting him to deny her. Alessandro glanced at her, "Sure, you can shift the room." Kruzenski held out his hand. She looked at her husband before linking h

She bit on her lower lip softly as she began to turn the stick in her hand to see the result. She froze when she felt a cold metal pressing against her forehead. She twirled gradually, eyes widened, heart pounding loud in her chest. Her eyes met a smirking, notorious man, she recognized him from the airport. His lower lip was bright red and swollen. She pushed herself back, the stick fell from her hand, making a soft sound. She heard the click from his gun. She swallowed in fear looking into his smirking eyes. "What should I do first? Moy angel." He smirked evilly. She lifted her knees and hit him with full force. The man groaned in pain, "Yobanaya suka!" He glared at her and pointed the gun at her head.

His arm was warming and comforting as they walked down the plane, "It's cold here," She said, watching the mist around herself. Her skin was looking more white because of the cold. He pulled her closer, "You wanna be at the cold place," He looked at her. "Yeah, but it's too much." She rubbed her hands together. His expression hardened as he saw two men walking to them in black suits, "Get in the car," He said to her, motioning at Cassio. "Ales," His dark glare shut her up. Sadness clouded her beautiful features. Without wasting a second, she twirled on her heels and trotted toward the car. She was perplexed that Cassio wasn't wearing warm clothes, still, there was no sign of coldness over his face.&nbs
