“Can you . . . at least listen to my grief?” She slowly looked at me.

For some reason, I found myself in her. Since my mother's death, I've had a void in my heart that I've been unable to fill, no matter what I or they do. In spite of the fact that they were patient with my rants and my fury, I was still lonely. I wanted to tell 'them' how much I was hurting and how much I was angry, because I felt so isolated. I’m simply talking about Madreese, including this girl in front of me. And my common and obvious reason why was because they raided my town.

Inquiring minds want to know . . . In the end, it wasn't about retaliation; it was about retribution for what they had done to me. Or is there something else going on that I'm not aware of? Why do I want to destroy?
