Stella huffed angrily. Then tears ran down her face. She laughed hysterically and thought of the past.
FLASHBACK
Stella was thirteen years old.
Eliza toss Stella onto the cold cement floor. She kicked Stella hard in the stomach.
“Gahh!” cried Stella as she felt the sharp pointy heel stabbing her in the stomach. Stella started to grunt in pain as she started bleeding.
“You bitch! If you ever tried to take any boyfriend of your sister again, I will kill you!” shouted Eliza.
Adrian was walking down the wine cellar’s stairs. “What’s going on?” he asked.
“Nothing,” said Eliza, folding her hands into her arms.
Adrian came down the stairs and looked at Stella. He tilted his head at the child as she lay there holding her stomach. Then she spotted blood down in her lower groin. He frowned and looked at Eliza. He sighed and asked, “Eliza, don’t you think your harsh treatment have gone far enough?”
“Humph. I don’t care.”
Adrian didn’t say anything but held his cold expression. “She’s not here for you to torture in replacement of her mother.”
Eliza swirl to Adrian and exclaimed “Why not!”
Adrian frowned at her. “She’s not here for you to vent your anger on.”
Eliza puffed and said, “I hate this child!”
“This child have nothing to do with your jealousy,” retorted Adrian.
“She has everything to do with my madness!”
“How?”
“She’s a spitting image of her mother.”
“And?”
“So, meaning she will also seduce all the boys and men that comes across my daughter’s path. Our daughter.”
Adrian frowned again at her words. He sighed and said, “This is enough. From this day forth you’re not allowed to come down here.”
“Why not?”
“Because I said so,” said Adrian, turning to look at Eliza.
“Don’t tell me that you’re going easy on this-this girl because you still miss her.”
Adrian didn’t say anything. He turned away from her and started to walk up the stairs.
Eliza in anger grabbed hold of Adrian’s arm and twisted him back to her.
“You still love her don’t you! After all these years!”
Adrian smacked Eliza’s hand away from him. “Stop talking about the past.”
“You-You were the one who killed her with your own hands!”
Stella’s eyes widened. “My mother,” she gasped. “My mother is dead. After all these years I thought that she was kept away and hidden by my father. For safe keeping he said. But instead, he killed her.” Tears stung her eyes as she was lied to by her father.
“Humph.”
“You took her away from here. You killed her. You murdered her.”
Stella grunted and groaned in pain as more blood were coming out and in between her thighs.
“Get the girl some help,” said Adrian, looking at Eliza with coldness.
“No!”
“Get her help or I will.”
Eliza clenched her fist tightly. “Why are you doing this?”
“Doing what exactly!”
“Why are you trying to help her?”
“Because she’s my daughter.”
“Half! Half daughter. She’s not my flesh or blood.”
Adrian scoffed and said, “Right. She’s my flesh and blood.”
“What about my daughter? Our daughter. Your true daughter. Your real flesh and blood.”
“She’s my daughter too.”
Eliza gasped. “Why-Why are you so cold! Why are you so cold to me?” asked Eliza, with tears in her eyes.
“I’m always cold.”
“No! No, you were not.”
“Since when?”
“When you met me, you were nice, kind, and sweet to me. But since my stepsister, you changed.”
“Pfft. It’s all in your head.”
“Then why did you do it!”
Adrian looked at her with annoyance. He ignored her and turned around.
“She seduce you. She stole you from me.”
Adrian continued to ignore her.
“You’re keeping your distance from me, because you’re blaming me.”
“I never blamed you.”
“Yes! Yes, you are. You’re blaming that I’m not good enough. Not good enough to be your wife. Not satisfying enough. Not as beautiful as my stepsister.”
“Sure,” said Adrian nonchalantly. “If you say so.”
Eliza’s tears dripped down her face. She screamed. “You’re still obsessed with her!”
“Sure,” said Adrian, turning his head to look at Eliza. His face expressed an “I don’t care what you’re saying, for I don’t give a fuck for any of your nonsense that is coming out of your mouth.”
“You’re-You’re so cruel.”
Adrian sighed and walked back down the stairs.
“It’s true isn’t it.”
“What is?”
“You still think that I’m the reason you're not with her. Separating you two! Separating that woman of yours! That woman that is stuck in your heart. Well guess what I am! And I will continue to do so! I will do anything to separate you from my stepsister.”
“You need to shut up.”
Eliza slapped Adrian across the face.
Adrian looked back at Eliza and grabbed her by the neck.
“Ah,” gasped Eliza. She was scratching Aidan’s hand to release her throat.
“You little bitch!” shouted Adrian.
“I’m-I’m sorry,” wheezed Eliza.
Adrian tightened his grip on her.
Eliza’s eyes started to roll to the back of her head.
Adrian loosened his grip and tossed Eliza to the floor.
“If it wasn’t for your father’s money, I wouldn’t stay married to you. And you know it. I would have left you a long time ago,” he said.
Eliza was huffing and puffing as she was gasping hard for air. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you angry. I didn’t mean to upset you. Please. Please forgive me. Please don’t leave me.”
“Humph. Good,” said Adrian, stroking the hair out of her face.
Adrian turned to look at Stella lying pale on the floor. “Now, fetch that elderly maid to tend to her.”
“Yes. I will,” said Eliza.
“Remember, you are not allowed to ever enter this wine cellar again. Leave her alone.”
“Okay. Okay. I will. Please-Please don’t leave me.”
“If you be a good girl, I will stay,” said Adrian.
The room became quiet, after they left.Stella was groaning and grunting in pain. She touched her stomach, and she could feel the numbness radiating around her womb. For another two hours she wouldn't stop bleeding. The blood was pooling more and more around her legs. "I will always remember the trauma that she caused me today," thought Stella. This was all caused by her cruel and evil stepmother. Her insane obsession of jealousy. Another hour went by and an elderly maid came running down the stairs. Rushing to her care. The elderly maid tended to her for a whole week. Giving her medications and heating pads to help ease her suffering. When Stella woke up there was no more blood. She didn’t have to wear the pads anymore.“Thank you,” said Stella.“You’re welcome," said the elderly maid. “What’s your name?”“Grace.”“Oh, thank you Grace.”“Don’t mention it. I- I didn’t do much.”“Oh, no. You have done plenty. You stayed with me through my darkest hours.”Grace clenched her fist tig
BACK TO PRESENT Stella sighed. "How lustful my father is to even go after such an elderly woman whose as old his mother. How crazy my stepmother is of my father. How overprotective she is of him, yet she can't even caught him cheating on her. Fucking hell. The drama. Man, these people are sick! Cruel, wicked, sinful, and lustful.” She tilted her head into the door."So, why didn't I see it? Why didn't I see it coming? These people are never going to change," thought Stella. "They're evil, disgusting people. And will continue to be so. Oh, what a fool I am. Now I'm trapped in their lies. And I’m going to get violated and die in their stead." Stella started to cry. Weeping for her own stupidity. “Grandmother you slept with another woman’s man. You didn’t know so you followed him back to his home. You became his maid and soon found out that he was married. Even though you were mistreated, you stayed. You gave birth to mother. Mother was raped by father and gave birth to me. We’re all
"At least werewolves can run, hide, and shifts. Unlike me, a half-bred witch, seducing men with my body. What good what that do for me," she thought. Stella was in a ragged dress. But looking in the mirror no matter how ugly of a dress or clothes she was in, she’s gorgeous. Her loveliness and charm is naturally there. Her attractive body can easily lure any men to her, with or without her doing. Thus, seducing men into her bed is easy. It’s all in her beauty, eyes, and body that will get them to crawl to her feet. It’s a natural thing that will come naturally to her, for it’s in her bloodline.“Evil witches. Pfft. I will see what seducing men will do good for me in this lifetime,” scoffed Stella.Stella got up from the floor and walked around the room. She was observing to see where she could hide or run. “I’m only five feet and four inches tall. Yet, there’s nothing big enough for me to get into and hide,” thought Stella. “Hmm… I’m only one hundred and fifteen pounds, surely ther
Adrian was pacing in the living room.“What is it?” asked Eliza.“Man, he’s going to be here soon,” said Adrian, sounding anxious.“Adrian, honey, what’s wrong with you?”Adrian was trembling as he was trying to pick up his cup of coffee.“What the hell is wrong with you. You look like shit.”Adrian glared angrily at Eliza.“Alright, Adrian, calm down. Let’s talk about it,” said Eliza, raising her hand to soothe her husband’s anger.“Everything is wrong,” answered Adrian, more anxious than before. “This is a bad idea.”“No, it isn’t.”“If we’re caught, we all be dead.”“Well- You just make sure we don’t.”“How?”“Just don’t let him find out that Stella is not Amy.”“They don’t look anything alike nor sound anything alike. So how am I supposed to do that?”“Easy. Turned off the lights.”“That won’t make a difference when daybreak comes!”“So, by then he would have already taken Stella. There’s nothing he could do anymore.”“Yeah, but he will be angry that the one in the room isn’t Am
“Mr. Whitmore,” said his assistant, Steve Logan. “Yes?” asked Mr. Whitmore, hiding in the shadow behind his desk. “Do you think that there is any way that man will cheat you?” “Who?” “You know the men you wired the money to a few days ago.” “Oh. You mean Mr. Wood?” “Yes.” “Why?” asked Mr. Whitmore, turning his chair around to look at Steve. His face was still hidden in the dark. “I don’t know sir. It’s just that- I have this uneasy feeling.” Mr. Whitmore laughed. “You worry too much Steve.” “Sorry sir. One could never be too cautious now adays.” “Of course.” Mr. Whitmore rolled his pen around on his desk. “Sorry for my meddling. It’s just that I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t a faulty transaction. That’s all.” “No problem. You’re just doing your job.” “Yes. Of course.” “Hmm, that Mr. Wood is known for shady business now that you say that.” “Yes, that’s why I mentioned it.” “He’s known to cheat and steal from others.” “Yes, he is a cunning man.” “But you got to
“Before we head out to the Wood’s family, we got an event to attend to first,” said Steve.“What is it?” asked Sebastian. He was annoyed that his evening was being ruined.“It’s a party right next door to the Wood’s actually.”“Oh, you mean the Brackston’s event.”“Yes.”“Well, that is important indeed.” Sebastian turned his head over to look at Steve. “Why didn’t you tell me?”“I thought you knew.”Sebastian scoffed. “I forgot.”“Wow, you are forgetting such an important engagement over that woman, you must have fallen head over heels for her.”“Get over yourself.”Steve chuckled.“It’s about four o’clock we should have enough time until it’s time for the meeting with the Woods.”“Yes, sir.”“Come on, let’s go.”They soon arrived at party.“Go on in,” said Sebastian, waving Steve away.“Like always?” asked Steve, pointing at his watch.Sebastian nodded. “Yes. I will be on the computer chatting with you guys online.”Steve chuckled and said, “You really are acting too mysterious and s
The doorbell rang and Mr. Wood looked at Mrs. Wood. He nodded his head to her. Mrs. Wood went to the door and opened it. To their surprise it was a tall and built man with dark shades on at night. He was nowhere near the appearances he was rumored to be. “Um… Mr. Whitmore?” asked Eliza.“No. I’m his bodyguard,” answered the man.“Oh, well, um what can I do for you?” she asked.“Mr. Whitmore is asking that you find him a private room where he will be setting his meeting with Miss Wood,” said the bodyguard.“It’s already done,” said Adrian. The bodyguard chuckled. “Mr. Whitmore is saying that he wants to be alone in the room while he chat with your daughter.”“Alone?” frowned Adrian.Amy backed away from the living room.Adrian looked at Amy with a stern look.Amy shook her head in refusal. The bodyguard continue to say, “Mr. Whitmore is going to do the live chat while you guys are here in the living room.”“That’s fine, I can do that,” said Adrian.“Very well.”Amy sighs in relief.A
Eliza looked at her daughter and became speechless. The plan didn’t work. She looked nervously at her daughter.Amy pulled her mother’s dress and shook her head.Adrian, noticing their desperate look, pulled Eliza by the hand. “Let it go, he doesn’t want the drink.”“Wait,” plead Amy.“What is it?” asked Sebastian.“It’s just that I’m nervous that’s all sir.”“Nervous?”“Yes.” Amy thought to herself, “I got to find an excuse to have him take the drink or I’m screw tonight. Shit, but how?”“Sir,” said Eliza.Adrian tugged on his wife’s shirt, “If I may Mr. Whitmore, if you allow this drink-”“No,” said Sebastian cutting in on them.Everyone froze from the coldness of his voice.Amy began to panic. She was breathing fast as she was really going to be stuck with the old man.“That’s right. The more you fight the more it will be fun to subdue you. I want you to that that desperation look. I want you to be at dead end’s road,” thought Joshua.Adrian whispered to his wife, “Let’s go. There’
