Chapter 44: Won't let her steal my man

     

  AZRA's pov ~

Pops excused himself saying he'll be in his room. I wanted to go after him but I knew he needed time alone. 

I felt bad for him knowing that he was hurt in the past. He never spoke about his past lives nor any of our mothers,  I've always wondered if he ever loved any woman, turns out he does.

 He loves Melinda, my mom.

At times I usually wonder what my mom looked like, if she ever missed me, I guess she never did. The thought saddened me, I also felt bad for Aria, what she had been through... It's no wonder she's timid.

Thinking about this, the protective side of me came out, I wanted to shield her from anyone who'll bully her.

I was about going to show her my room when I caught someone's presence.
