Chapter 59: Bonus
THREE MONTHS LATER
"Hey, are you ready?" Azra asked Kian, her husband. After the incident in Houston, they did their white wedding the following month. They wanted to get married that very week but couldn't because they were mourning Natalie's death.
Thinking about it now, Azra sighed in sorrow. Though she didn't exactly like Natalie for her behavior but she never wished she'd die. It's even sadder after hearing what Natalie went through in the hands of Sung Ho and she gave her life for Kian, that alone made Azra respect her.
Right now, they were outside her family house. Mr. Williams had invited everyone over for a small party, including Hayden and Nadine. Only Kian's dad didn't make it because of his injury. Josephine and Mandy were also invited. Azra has a feeling she's going to be her stepmom soon, it's just a matter of time.
