I can’t believe he’s away when I need him the most, the investors are going to be here in less than two days and Drevan took a three day break. I couldn’t object because it’s his mother’s health and she’s like a mother to me too.

It’s been more than five years now and it’s been both of us running the company together even though I am the CEO of the company.

“Alpha Callen, I just got a call from Drevan he said he’ll be returning tomorrow.” I raised my head to look at Giovanni when I heard what he said, then I checked my phone again to see if it’s turned off because why would he call Giovanni instead of calling me.

“Did you just say Drevan called you?” I asked to confirm if I heard correctly.

“Yes, he called a few minutes ago.” Giovanni replied to me immediately. I decided not to create a scene, the good thing is he’ll be returning before the investors get here. I checked my phone again after excusing Giovanni from my presence.
