Chapter 175: Gibberish

DARIAN'S POV

The dead weight of what I had gotten myself into was mortifying. I didn't mean to lash out at Fabian just like that in front of everyone but I had just had more than enough from him and wanted nothing more but to just put him back in his place.

I heard a knock on my door. I immediately composed myself and had to clear my throat before attending to the person at the door.

"It's me, Logan," I heard him say.

I heaved a big sigh and drastically opened the door with different emotions popping up in me. " What do you want?" I asked, not really in the mood to see him" I came here to see you," he replied.

I further opened the door, giving him more access to my room. He entered my room. " Sit," I offered him a chair not far from the couch.

He sat down on the chair looming around the room. I could easily tell that he was hesitant to talk probably because of how intimidating I was sometimes and now he's debating in his mind.
