At the Club
Halton lazily waited beside Alexandra's car in the underground parking lot. She took some time to arrive since she was changing her clothes inside the mini room attached to her office. She had another nosebleed this afternoon and stained her clothes.
Since it would take a while for her to arrive, he decided to have a smoke. He dragged a cigarette out of the pack and placed them between his teeth. He ignited the tip using the platinum lighter.
He was so engrossed in his own thoughts to notice the angry young woman shooting dagger behind him, with her fearsome eyes.
"How many times have I told you to stop smoking when you are around me?"
Halton flinched. He turned around to see Alexandra who had changed her clothes from her white formal wear to a little black dress, and a white coat draped around her shoulders. He immediately threw the cigarette on the floor and ground it under his shoes.
