“For the crime of murder you, Liana Dawson is stripped of your position as Luna of the Blood Moon pack. All Privileges that comes with the title will also be taken from you. As for the punishment for your crime, you will be sentenced to death on a date that will be chosen by the council of elders. For now, you will be locked in the cells of the pack.” Muriel who has found his voice again, reads Liana’s verdict to her. For some reason, I feel sorry for her, that she’s ending up this way. Maybe it’s the look on her face that makes me feel pity towards her. But I didn’t have time to feel sorry for her, my turn was next and from the smug look on Muriel’s face, my punishment wasn’t going to be better.
