Hours had gone by since Thea and Daisy had breakfast. They were able to cook up something really nice and give Celine a taste. The old woman was duly surprised by how good the meal tasted.

It might be in rivalry to her personal chef who happens to be the best in the city. After a few minutes of chatting with Celine, the girls decided to head to the waterfall.

It was a hot afternoon, the sun was shining down just right and it would be the perfect time for a little swim in that water.

“Arian.” Thea called. Hes been sitting be the dinning table, a plate of Athens homemade pasta on his face. He had stick arpund to see what they made amd jusgj9nv by how he stuffed his face, he loved ot too.

“Daosy and I want to check put the waterfall now.”

Arian swallowed the last bit of pasta on his plate, f8ghting the urge yo ask if she would make more of this later.

“Sure.”

Arian finished up and was soon ready to show them the most beautiful part of the entire resort.

“I would have loved to come with you but I'm afraid it's time for my afternoon nap.” Celine said, in between yawns.

Thea smiled. “ I hope you have a good nap, Celine.”

Celine laughs. “Sure I will. I'm on medication and it's been difficult to keep my eyes open. This is why I don't listen to those doctors, I tell you. What good is sleeping when I should be enjoying my stay here?”

Seth walked in and the smell of aftershave seemed to fill the room. Thea knew that smell all too well but kept her eyes fixed on Celine instead.

“I understand but as much as they can be really annoying, its important we stick to medications.”

Celine nods. “Yes, sure. Don't nag me like Seth now! Goodness, its like he infected you with that thing he does too..”

Thea gave her a small smile, what thing was Celine refering to? The old woman's eyes met Seth's and she scoffs. “Speak of the devil.”

Seth sighed. “Are you skipping meds? We had a deal.”

Celine sighs, rolling her eyes.”I know and I didn't skip my meds either. You kept your end of the bargain and I'm keeping mine. Don't nag me about it.”

Thea's eyes flickered from Seth to Celine. “What bargain?”

Celine laughs. “Its our kittle secret. Seth, Thea made this really amazing pasta! You didn't tell me she was this good!”

Seth glanced at Thea briefly, a look of surprise in his cold features. “She is?”

Celine nods. “Chef's kiss I tell you! Better than any pasta I've ever had!”

“Uhm.” Seth said, his eyes lingered on Thea's face but she looked away, heading towards the exit. “We should get going.”

“Hey,” Arian called, tapping Seth's shoulders. “We're heading to the waterfall. Are you coming?”

“No.”

“Hey, come on! I was going to show Thea and Daisy the killer view.”

“It's fine if he doesn't want to come with us.” Thea cuts in, glancing over her shoulder. “I'm sure we can do without.”

The whole room went silence. Even Celine who was already feeling sleepy, knew something was up. “Are you two fighting?” She asked, concern all over her face.

“We're fine Celine.” Seth cuts in, his eyes fixed on Thea. “Let me help you to your cabin.”

Thea sends a smile Celines way. “I hope you have a good nap.”

Celine nods. “I will there. Thanks for the pasta. Its was perfect.”

Seth helps Celine up just as Thea, Daisy and Arian made their way out of the main lodge.

“I've never seen you this mad.” Daisy whispered to Thea as they head towards the waterfall.

“I'm not mad. I just want us to get to the waterfall quickly. It's hot.”

Daisy nods, lacing her arm through Thea's. Even though she knew that was a bloody lie and a pathetic cover up, she was here to support her friend.

Thea’s frustration simmered beneath the surface, but as they walked, her eyes went wide open at the view from afar.

Arian was right in front of them, leading them towards the waterfall with a proud smile on his face.

The path wound its way through a dense forest, the trees creating a shade. The air grew thicker with the scent of damp earth and moss, and the sound of rushing water grew louder with every step.

Finally, they emerged into a clearing.

Before them was a sight straight out of a fairytale. A massive waterfall cascaded down a moss-covered cliff, the water a crystal-clear blue. The pool at the bottom was surrounded by smooth, polished rocks and vibrant, emerald-green ferns.

Sunlight filtered through the trees, creating a halo of light around the waterfall, making the mist shimmer with every color of the rainbow.

Daisy's jaw dropped. "Thea... it's breathtaking."

Thea nodded, a genuine smile finally spreading across her face. "I know. It's beautiful."

It was breathtaking and for a moment she forgot all about her problems. The beauty of the place, the sound of the water, the feel of the cool mist on her skin, it was all so calming.

They approached the pool amd Daisy reaches down in the water, a smile plastered on her face.

“This looks heavenly..”

Arian, his smile now replaced with an unreadable expression, stared at her. “Yeah. You do.”

He looks away before Daisy could catch him staring, clearing his throat. “I mean it looks heavenly. The waterfall. Not you. I don't mean you don't look heavenly but that wasn't what I implied when I said that.”

Daisy arched a questioning eyebrow, is this man okay? Why is he so nervous?

“I'll be right back.” Arian said and hurried off without any explanation.

Without a word, Daisy began to strip off her clothes, leaving her in her lacy, white underwear. "Come on, Thea! The water looks amazing."

Thea laughed as she slipped into the pool. She did the same, stripping down to her own black, lacy underwear.

The cold water was a shock at first, but soon, she was completely submerged, the cool embrace of the waterfall washing away all their worries.

“Oh! This is just what I needed!” Daisy said, laughing.

“Same!” Thea replied, shutting her eyes and allowing the water wash away her frustrations.

Moments later, Arian's voice rang out.

"Relaxing, isn’t it?"

Thea and Daisy looked up to see Arian standing on the rocks above them, a wide grin on his face. He was holding a couple of cold drinks. He chose to sit on a large, flat rock on the edge of the pool, watching them with a relaxed smile. He sipped his drink, content.

“If you're thirsty, these are yours.” He announced.

“That's really sweet. Thank you, Arian.” Thea said and he nods.

He was perfectly content giving the women their space and staring at his phone instead. Or he was trying to avoid Daisy by all means. Who knows?

“What's going on with you and Arian?” Thea teased.

Daisy glanced at Arian, a look of concern on her face. She really hoped he didn't hear Thea just ask her that question.

“Shut up!” Daisy whispered but Thea bursts into laughter. “Tell me.”

“He's okay but not my type. I don't roll well with the elites and you know it.”

“You rolled well with me for how many years now?”

Daisy chuckled. “Your case is very different, you know it.”

“Or you're just lying to yourself..” Thea teased.

“I'm going to get my drink. I don't know what you're talking about.” Daisy said.

Thea was in the middle of a playful splash fight with Daisy when she felt a sudden change in the water. A cold presence next to her. She looked up, and her heart stopped.

It was Seth. He was shirtless, his dark hair wet, water dripping down his muscled chest. Daisy was already out of the water and she seems to be having a conversation with Arian about something on his phone.

Seth was standing in the water, close enough for her to feel the heat radiating from his body. His eyes, no longer cold, were fixed on her, a look of raw desire in them.

"I thought you said you're not coming," she said, her voice a breathless whisper. "What are you doing here?"

"I couldn't stay away," he admitted, his voice a husky growl. "I've been watching you from afar, Thea. I'm a man who knows what he wants."

The look in his eyes told her all she needed to know; he wanted her and it made shivers run down her spine. Thea turned her back to him, ready to swim away. She won't let herself give in to the throbbing in-between her thighs.

“I believe that's a you problem.”

Seth moved closer, his hand coming up to touch the small of her back. The touch was light at first, but his fingers slowly began to trace patterns on her skin, sending shivers down her spine

“Is it?” He asked, whispering against her ears.

Thea's anger melted away, replaced by a searing heat. Her body was betraying her, responding to his every move, every touch. Seth wrapped his arms arpund her waist, pulling her close. She gasped, feeling his dick hard on her butt.

"You're hard." she whispered, her voice in a broken whisper.

"Yes, I am," he said, his lips just inches from her ears now. "And I want you. Every part of you."

He moved closer, his lips brushing against her shoulders slightly in a kiss and then back to her ears.

"The feel of your skin, the smell of your hair, the taste of your lips. The way you say my name, your smile, and those bloody times you called me out on my bullshit.…”

Thea swallowed, her eyes flickered to Daisy and Arian who seemed to be in their own little bubble. “Are you drunk?” She asked.

Seth chuckled. “No.”

She exhaled shakily, it felt like a dream. “Seth, we…”

His grip around her tightened, a smirk on his lips. “And she calls my name again..” Thea sighs as his hand went under ther water, tracing a line up her thighs.

“And that look in your eyes when I'm inside you. I can't get enough of it." His words were a low, guttural confession, a confession that made her knees feel weak.

Thea, flustered and a little scared, tried to move away, but his grip on her waist was firm, pulling her in.

"Seth, we're not alone," she whispered, her eyes darting to Arian and Daisy, who were still oblivious to them, but Thea couldn't be sure. She didn't want them to see them like this, she didn't want to explain.

"I don't care," Seth said, his voice a little louder now. "I don't care about anything right now except you."

Thea had enough. She had to put an end to this. "It's funny, isn't it?" she said, her voice cold. "You want me now, but you act like last night never happened. One minute you're kissing me like you mean it, and the next, you're pretending I don't exist. Which one is it?"

Seth was silent for a long moment, the playful grin on his face gone. His eyes, full unreadable emotion, met hers as she turns to face him.

Thea inhaled, braced herself for the worst. For him to deny it, for him to make an excuse, for him to go back to his cold, distant self.

Instead, he pulled her closer, his forehead resting against hers.

"I remember." he admitted, his voice a low, broken whisper. "I remember every single moment, every touch. I remember everything."

Thea froze, he…admitted it. “You do.”

“I couldn’t forget even if I tried.” He said, running a finger down her chin.

“I want you, Thea.”

“If this is about sex..”

“It's not. It's more than sex.” He replied calmly. “I'm fond of you and I want you by my side. Always.”

His heart pounded in his chest as she adjusted his tie, eyes staring down at her with more fear than she'd ever since in his eyes. She met his gaze, a smile on her lips. “What?” “I didn't know you were this..brave.” Thea chuckled. “There’s more to me than you know. And you're going to spend forever finding out.” “Is that a deal?” He smiled and she nodded, eyes glowing. The morning light fell softly across the kitchen, painting the marble counter in shades of gold. Thea was standing right in front of Seth, eyes fixed on his suit and then his tie before giving a satisfied nod. “You're good to go.” Seth glanced at the standing mirror behind her, crisp shirt, dark tie, hair pulled neatly back. He looked way better than he did weeks back. “I don’t have to go in today,” he said without meeting her gaze. She smiled faintly. “If you don't, we will never get this over with."Seth’s eyes met hers, calm but shadowed. “I just need to make sure everything stays in place. The police have
