HANNAH

Alpha Matthew was a nice guy. Though he was like a typical Alpha, scary and unapproachable, I never heard him doing bad to females. Instead, he was pretty talkative for an Alpha.

Or perhaps, my advantage of being Danny's sister made me see his behavior in a casual situation. Or simply because he was interested in me, he was being nice to me.

I was briefly dazed when he suddenly stood up and pulled a chair out for me. It was lunchtime, and Alpha Matthew and his men joined us.

"You shouldn't have done this," I responded, still taking the seat.

"I'm still trying." He winked at me before pushing the chair back. And I lost words to answer that.

Just as I said, he was like typical Alpha, very stubborn. I clearly said I had Eliot as my boyfriend, but he said it wasn't official. We didn't mark each other yet, so he would always have a chance.
