“Why?! Why did you send me away?! I wanted to be there at the party? I didn’t do anything wrong!” Otsana shouted at me as I walked into the pack house and I rolled my eyes, sighing deeply. I was kind of hoping she would be asleep by the time I returned, but it very quickly became clear she had waited up. I could smell her father’s scent not far off, which only meant I couldn’t tell her what I really thought of her.

The only reason I kept bedding her was because I knew her father hoped she would one day convince me to make her our Luna.
