JENN'S POV

Charlotte was pregnant.

Now that I'd voiced it out loud, the signs were there and obvious. There was no need for a test. When you lived in a large home with a lot of couples, the signs of pregnancy became familiar. The mood swings, the appetite. She had even gained a little weight.

In all honesty, I wasn't sure whether to be happy or terrified. It was huge, like she said, and it was the wrong time.
