Revenge to My Mate and Best Friend

In my past life, my mate Marcus ran off to the forest to make love with my best friend Scarlett, who was eight-month pregnant, and they were surrounded by rogue wolves.

Scarlett faked her own death and framed me for taking drugs while on duty as a head warrior.

After I was exiled by Alpha for 15 years, I came back to find that Scarlett, who was supposed to be dead, was taking my mate and their children, inheriting my inheritance, and preparing to go on vacation to the Maldives.

When I opened my eyes again, I was back to the day Scarlett faked her death.

"Head Warrior! Emergency distress signal from the forest border! Two pack members under attack by rogue wolves! One is a pregnant female, eight months along, hemorrhaging badly!"

My lieutenant's urgent voice made my whole body freeze.

I turned to look at the clock on the warrior hall wall. This was exactly the time when Scarlett and my mate Marcus were supposed to be cornered by the rogue pack.

My throat tightened involuntarily. I couldn't believe I had actually been reborn.

The voice on the comm crackled with static as my lieutenant called again.

"Head Warrior! Please respond immediately! The situation is critical!"

In my previous life, the moment I received this call, I had rushed into Darkwood Forest with my warrior squad without hesitation.

When we arrived at the scene, I discovered the victims were my pregnant best friend and my mate.

Just hours earlier, Scarlett had mind-linked me saying she was resting at home. How could a heavily pregnant female end up in the dangerous forest with Marcus in the middle of the night?

Before I could process it fully, Scarlett was already lying in a pool of blood. Her belly had been slashed by wolf claws, and she was showing signs of shock.

I forced down my panic and confusion, desperately fighting off the rogue wolves and escorting them back to the pack.

I remembered clearly—when I defeated the last rogue, Scarlett was weak but had no fatal injuries.

I personally escorted her to the medical wing. Her vital signs were stable.

But shortly after the surgery, Marcus stormed into the warrior hall with a group of pack members.

Without a word, they pinned me to the ground. I was too weak from fighting the rogues to resist as they hacked off both my hands with silver blades.

Marcus roared at me: "You heartless warrior! You belong in hell!"

He accused me of deliberately delaying the rescue out of jealousy, causing Scarlett to die along with her unborn pup.

I was stunned and immediately protested: "That's impossible! I saw her vital signs stabilize when we brought her back!"

Marcus refused to listen to my explanation.

He threw Scarlett's death certificate at my head, screaming that I had let my best friend die on the operating table out of personal spite.

Just as I was about to use my authority as Head Warrior to demand an autopsy investigation, Scarlett's parents finally arrived.

I quickly told them everything that had happened.

I thought they would help me uncover the truth.

Instead, Scarlett's father pointed an accusing finger at me in front of Alpha Donovan: "That's a heavy scent of wolfsbane, Alpha! He was high during a rescue mission! You must exile him! This kind of warrior doesn't deserve to protect our pack!"

Not only that, but Alpha found two used packets of wolfsbane powder in my locker. The packets carried only my scent.

My blood test also came back positive for wolfsbane.

I had no way to defend myself. I could only watch helplessly as my Head Warrior rank was stripped away.

I was exiled for fifteen years on charges of drug use during duty, resulting in a pack member's death.

After barely surviving my exile term and returning to the pack, I saw something impossible at the border.

Scarlett—who had been declared dead—stood there holding Marcus's hand. Beside them was a young boy who looked exactly like Marcus. They were boarding a private jet to the Maldives, clearly a happy family enjoying life with my inheritance.

All the questions that had haunted me for fifteen years became crystal clear in that moment.

Rage erupted inside me and I confronted the woman who had destroyed my life.

Instead, Scarlett and Marcus together pushed me into the silver detention pit.

The burning sensation of silver liquid flooding my nostrils felt like it had never left.

I found myself breathing heavily, gasping for air.

This time, I would never allow myself to repeat the same mistakes!

The dramatic reversal at the Pack Tribunal kept the "wolfsbane conspiracy case" as the main topic of conversation throughout the territory for an entire week.【Absolutely disgusting—what kind of vile scum are these? They deserve to burn in the underworld.】【Even poisonous serpents don't eat their own young! This female wolf is an insult to the sacred word "mother"—death was too merciful!】【May the Moon Goddess eternally punish this family of traitors!】Reading these messages through the pack's communication crystals, I thought of my previous life when I was the one being attacked by the entire territory.I suddenly felt that letting Scarlett die so easily was far too merciful for her.I should have let her live.Only by living could she truly taste all the suffering and torment I endured in my past life.Marcus was ultimately sentenced to fifteen years of exile for "conspiracy and evidence tampering."Though his punishment was only half of what I had suffered in my previous life, I kne

As soon as Attorney Ethan finished speaking, Scarlett's father immediately stood up, excitedly refuting:"Are you saying that Scarlett would risk her own life to frame her best friend? What reason would she have to do such a thing?""I say this is Jenna trying to escape punishment by adding wolfsbane herself, attempting to frame Scarlett.""After all, how can a dead wolf defend herself? Isn't this just allowing certain people to throw mud around freely!"I chuckled softly. "Don't get excited yet!""Wait until Attorney Ethan finishes presenting all the evidence. If you still have questions then, it won't be too late to ask!"Attorney Ethan remained completely unaffected, methodically producing the second piece of evidence. This was surveillance footage captured by the crystal recorder in our home. The crystal recording clearly documented the entire process of Scarlett dripping wolfsbane extract into the energy supplement. After viewing the recording, Marcus and Scarlett's parents all lo

Before the public tribunal, I saw Marcus and my adoptive parents. They would also attend this tribunal as the victim's family members.Seeing me in prisoner's garb, Marcus spoke with false regret:"Head Warrior Jenna, if you had confessed earlier, this matter might not have spread throughout the territories!""During the tribunal, repent properly - maybe you'll earn some sympathy!"Looking at the self-satisfied man across from me, I sneered inwardly. In my previous life, Scarlett and Marcus had spread this case throughout the territories to seize my inheritance and be together without worry. They not only wanted to completely destroy my social standing but also used public opinion to pressure the pack council and courts into giving me a heavy sentence.Even after I was imprisoned, I was targeted and despised by all other prisoners because of this case. The guards turned a blind eye to it all.The bitter fruit I tasted in my previous life - this time I would make them taste it thoroughl

I was taken by Alpha's guards for blood testing. As we walked, curious pack members pressed against windows to stare. Some whispered behind their hands. Others openly glared with disgust and disappointment. While waiting for the test results, Scarlett's mother suddenly came to sit beside me.Her tone had lost the morning's sharp bitterness, becoming extraordinarily gentle and sincere:"Jenna, listen to auntie. Confess before the results come out!"Her hand reached out tentatively, then stopped just short of touching my arm."About what happened to Scarlett and her precious pup, I know deep in my heart you didn't mean for things to turn out this way.""You were probably just confused, maybe the wolfsbane affected your judgment. These things happen to the best warriors.""Don't worry, sweetheart. As long as you confess voluntarily and show proper remorse, we'll write you a full letter of forgiveness."Hearing this, I turned to look at Scarlett's mother. In my previous life, before the te

My words once again shocked everyone present.Scarlett's father's face went from pale to flushed, his chest heaving violently like a cornered animal. His scent betrayed his panic - sharp, acrid fear mixed with desperation.Seeing this, Scarlett's mother immediately rushed forward. Her weathered hands shook as she pointed her finger directly at my nose."Jenna! Do you have any conscience left?" Her voice cracked with rage, spittle flying from her lips."It wasn't enough that you killed Scarlett and her innocent pup! Now you want to falsely accuse her father too?"Her wolf was so close to the surface that her eyes flickered between human brown and wild amber. The other warriors instinctively stepped back from her fury. But I didn't flinch. I had faced worse storms than this bitter old woman's wrath.Marcus quickly moved to Scarlett's mother's side. His hand landed on her shoulder with practiced ease, like he'd done this countless times before."Please, don't get upset over this worthles

I took the death report and examined it carefully. In my previous life, because everything happened so suddenly, I had been completely panicked.I just kept insisting that my rescue had been successful, never bothering to examine the so-called evidence Marcus presented. This time, I wouldn't make the same mistake. The cause of death listed was the same as my previous life—death due to delayed rescue efforts. But I quickly spotted the inconsistencies.I pointed to the institution that issued the autopsy report. "Marcus, the victim died at our pack's forest border. The autopsy report should have been issued by our pack's medical team.""Even if you don't trust our pack, you should have gone to another authoritative pack or professional verification institution. What's the point of getting some random small clinic to issue a death certificate?""Furthermore, I wasn't the only warrior who participated in last night's rescue!"The moment I finished speaking, the medic who had participated i
