Drake shifts behind me, her face falls as she looks towards him confused, she had never seen anyone actually shift before, she had only seen humans or wolves and only the wolves ever interacted with her.

Drake quickly dresses himself then he moves so she could see him, she was nervous as he approached until I tap his chest

she looks to me then back at him, she falls to her hands and she walks like a wolf on all fours coming to his side, she whimpers as he bends down to pick her up.

“It’s ok baby girl, I got you”

I smile at drake, he was somehow the most terrifying man in the world but when it came to being a dad and a mate he somehow become the most caring, adoring person you could ever imagine,

She rubs her head on his chest whimpering, but it was clear she had found her safety spot, she knew he would protect her, look after her. It oozed from his body, that protective nature that I've only ever seen in a few cases.
