Hey everyone, thank you so much for reading ... I'm sorry to say my day job has really caught up with me, my office has had two retirements in the last month and we were already short staffed. I am going to have to put this book on pause for probably at least two weeks while I rack up a lot of extra hours in the real world. He seemed nice enough, outwardly said and did all the right things. But you could tell something was hard at work in his head. “It’s lovely. Trixie and I are going riding later,” Victoria said, without missing a beat. Riding? Riding what? Horses?! Ohh no no no... I cringed and stuffed some salad in my mouth, averting my eyes from literally everyone. I had no clue who the rest of these people were at the table but my mates were nowhere to be found.
